congrats!!! CeM will email ypu for COA but it is optional. PDOS however is MANDATORY. You go ahead and reserve a slot at CFO. No need tp wait for CEM to tell you to go for PDOS

hi just want to ask something reg. my situation.
i landed last jun 9, as spousal immigrant, and i dnt have my PR card yet. and still i have no work, the problem is i want to go home to phil. because i and my husband got separated with out settlement or formal separation bec. he got another family along with our marriage.. so i have decided just to leave canada to start a new, in the phil. with out the family concerned...hope you can help me..

Hi lonelybhel I feel for you we went through almost kind of the same situation here when we landed in Canada I really feel bad for my mom bcoz she expected my dad to welcome us warmly but ddnt happen coz he had another woman living with him. It's ok right now you feel you can't do anything but after a while when you get a job you'll learn that you don't need to depend on your husband here in Canada. Meet with other people hndi ka pababayaan ni God. Lot's of cases like that happened here in Canada very sad. Sis isipin mo nalang na opportunity mo na to dito sa Canada antay2 mo muna PR card mo. You can absolutely file a case against him because ikaw yung legal wife and he signed a 3 year undertaking to take care of you here. Sis please read this link there is a number you can call para ma exempt ka sa conditional period ng permanent residence. AOR: June 26 2015 - They asked for the appendix a/b, receipt and proof that i have completed my medical exam. (Because i undergo sputum test and repeat xray) no passport request yet. I was thinking maybe because they didnt receive the med results yet? Any idea?

So I submitted the docs needed before the end of 30 days along with my daughter's application for Canadian Citizenship Certificate. Aug 17 2015
I received an email and call from Consular SEction of CEM about my daughter's citizenship certificate. And since then i haven't heard anything yet about my PR Application. Its been 6 months now. The last time I checked my ECAS it says Medical Results have been received.

Hello, yeah almost the same except sa latest status mo. On my ecas is med received pa lang. Buti ikaw pr na and ip.

Pero automatic naman na po yun na IP ka,kasi maidadagdag lang nmn dun yung date na-natanggap ng CEM yung application na June 1, baka dahil po sa medical. Next week PPR ka natin. Have faith.

Hi sis, I just received my PRC yesterday and MG 3 months na din ako dito sa Canada. I've talk to someone who works at partners in settlement and integration and if you like you can ask help from her or where you in canada I think you can talk to the same people in your area too. I think your I'd is coming soon and you have rights to stay in Canada.

Hi guys newbie here, August 2015 applicant, but always a regular reader in this thread. Im sponsoring my hubby and we already sent our application August 21, but without the medical requirements yet, Im just noticing in this thread na mostly ay upfront medical exam? Should I ask him to go do the upfront medical and mail it to CIC? Or should I just wait for CIC's response requesting the medical requirement? Which is better po? Thanks in advance for the help! Excited much lang, now palang hindi na makahintay. Hehe

I've already sent my passport, in process na. Still waiting for DM.

Should I request GCMS notes before or after DM? And can anybody tell me how?
