Hi po, hinde pa ako in process some May and June applicants turn their ECAS to in process even some not yet PPR as far as I know the usual process is PPR first before IN PROCESS but hoping still for update.

MArch 10,2015 app din ako pro di pa po ako nag PPR pro 2 weeks ago nag In Process na ang ecas ko after ko na send yung AOR appendix A, nbi at police clearance ko. Pro worried ako kasi lahat nang nabasa ko d2 sa ay naka PPR na pro d pa nag In Process....

Usually nagre rely din cla sa medical expiration before ma expire medical i-issue nila yung visa and i heard ma's matagal process pag Canadian citizen by birth sponsor mo, my husband is Canadian by birth he is also from Winnipeg. I think enjoy ko muna stay ko kasi waiting is such a pain in a butt the more you expect the more you disappoint with the slow process. It is what it is, we have nothing to do with the process but to wait wait wait.

Hi jhen canadian citizen by birth din hubby ko. app received pa din status ko. Tama ka less expectation less dissapointment. All we need to do is to trust the Lord and wait for the perfect time. Enjoy lang muna stay dito sa Philippines and patiently wait. Godbless

Ilagay nyo po sa brown envelop lahat ng ipapadala nyo po,tapos lagyan nyo ng name sa labas at address, dina po kayo mag babayad ng shipping fee pabalik ng passport nyo, mag babayad nalang po kayo dun sa courier na mag dedeliver napag passport po nyo na may visa na, parang cash on deliver po.

I've sent a letter to both MP and PM today and informed CEM about it. PM responded and my letter was sent to Chris Alexander( Minister of Citizenship and Immigration). Hope it'll help to speed up the processing.

You can email them for follow-ups though E-Cas is much reliable

would it be ok to travel to Canada with a Philippine passport expiring on March 6, 2016, oct.6 po ang alis ko saktong 6 months nalng ang validity ng passport ko, kailangan ko na po ba irenew ang passport ko asap... kung mag renew po ako paano po ang VISA stamp, di po ba ito ma apektuhan.

Per Toffboss, according to what he learned from PDOS 1) you can request an extension from DFA or 2) you can apply for renewal of passport, you can still use the visa from your old passport.

Better yet, go to DFA Satellite offices near you

Finally, may nadagdag na din sa ecas ng husband ko. In process sya nung Aug 7, and ang items na nakalagay lang are 1. We received xxx application for PR on Feb 16 and 2. Medical Results have been received. I just checked today and inadd na nila ung "We started processing xxx application on Apr 30. I'm hoping and praying malapit na ang issuance ng visa ni hubby at lahat ng applicants na naghihintay ng visa. :-\

Ako din nagdagdag na ng "we started processing.." Pero wala pang medical result received e nung Aug. 4 ko pa ncomplete yung sa furtherance ko.

maybe the reason for my husband's application being slow is I have my family here in Canada with me nakakalungkot eh kaya nga nagpakasal na kmi ng husband ko kasi tagal2 namin tiniis LDR since 2008. Ung kakasad eh nabuntis pko kakapraning tuloy ung mga moodswings ko kaka antay kasi unemployed ako ngaun kaya kelngan ko tlga husband ko. Anyway buti nalang may forum na ganito kasi pwde natin mailabas frustrations natin. Nandito nga family ko pero most of the time mag isa lng ako sa bahay coz they all work and kakahiya humingi ng pera kaya umaasa tlga ako makarating na dito husband ko so he can work while alaga ako ng baby :'( :'( :'(

May marereceive ang sponsor na email acknowledging your application. More or less within a month after nyo magapply. In some cases wala silang narereceive na acknowledement. Direcho approval na yung iba.
