I did my guidance counselling seminar last year may ,so I just walked in for the visa stamping today early at 8. .the coa and about canadian seminar is not really needed because it's the complete info of the seminar. .i never tried online appointment last year for my seminar ,because they don't issue to reserved a seat before for orientation at that time ,Just the next day.so that's it,I just walk in today for stamp,but have to xerox the pr,photocopy of passport and visa,answer the two sheets of paper about your info then done.
