Hi everyone!

I need your help guys, I received a email from Canadian Embassy Manila last April 15, 2015 requesting for additional documents. They are asking for just the completed Appendix A form (passport request) and a copy of their letter. They did not ask for my passport yet and also attached in their email is the Appendix B form which is photo specifications but nothing is stated of how many pictures to send.. Do I need to submit right away my passport as Appendix A is for passport request? Anyone here who has the same case as me. pls. share your inputs.. thanks in advance!

My timeline:

App received at CPC-M: December 23, 2014
Sponsor Approved: March 12, 2015
Medicals: upfront
April 15, 2015: PPR???

In the letter that the CEM sent to me, stated that to send the passports and two new photos of each accompanying members of the family. Read the letter carefully I am sure andon yung instructions jan. So it means kailangan mong pumunta sa photo studio and bring that appedix B photo specifications and then send your passports, two photos and all the documents requesting. Ask ko lang po don sa nakapagpabook na san po mas magandang mag stop over. Another thing is kasama ko po baby namin (Canadian citizen) ano po kelangan ko pang ayusin for her to travel aside from Canadian passport.

Same here. What are you going to do? Are you going to send the passport together with appendix A? I emailed them to clarify but no response yet.

Congrats!!! meron din tinawagan the other day kasi maexpire din yung medical. I guess pag malapit na maexpire and straightforward naman ang application, ibibigay na nila ang visa... yay! hoping for more visas to come!
