Hope to hear from you guys...

Hey just wanted to let you know that some people get processed in 3 months and some people take more than two years. I thought my husband's case would be a straight forward easy case but we have already been waiting more than 20 months and just finally have gone to "in process" this month. If you filed a complete application without the need for any additional documentation then chances will probably be good that they can process you faster but if you missed something be prepared to have your file put in a queue for a long long time. My husband didn't have a criminal record check from one of the countries that he lived in and so he was delayed even though we sent the document right away after they requested it. Applicants who have applied a year after him are already getting their visas and he still hasn't got his. Also, applicants who are not from the Philippines seem to generally take longer. You have a long wait ahead, don't expect to hear anything for about 7-9 months. If you hear something faster then consider yourself lucky!

Hi. If I may ask, which country was your husband unable to initially get a criminal record from?

Salama tmo

PPR na din finally! God is so great! ;D
Guys tanong lang, siguro natanong na din to sa previews topic sorry, dun ba sa appendix a re spouse/ sponsor box need pa ifill-up yun including passport number, exp. date, etc.? or leave as blank nalang and under sa box lang nag applicant mag fill-up? TIA! :)

I suggest wait fir your passport with visa at saka ka Na mag seminar. Pagsabayin mo nlng ang seminar at registration para matatakan ng cfo sticker ang passport mo on the same day. May fb ka Ba sis? Have you heard of a page called proud Canadian wives sa fb. Join ka dun sis.
