I checked our application status via e-cas for the first time today. It said there DECISION MADE. But for the life of me, i don't know when it is DMed. There's really no date indicated there? And will the embassy email me first before sending our PP? I included prepaid LBC envelope since DHL does not deliver in our (very remote) area.

Uhmmm i kinda took over our application when my parents "divorced" (my father very suddenly said he didn't want to lve in Canada)

So i submitted some forms, nbi clearance, CENOMAR, etc on August 2014
Did the Medical exam at the end of Aug 2014
Embassy asked for evidence of medical and submitted receipts on first week of Sept 2014
Submitted pp, photos, appendix A on feb 9

Uhmmmm our applcation got transferred in hong kong but from their last email, they said to submit our pp, etc in CEM

Hello kumusta na yung mga october applicants here? October applicant din asawa ko. PPR nung January, hanggang ngayon in process pa din hehehe. Nagpamedical sya June 2014, cgurado naman ako July expiry ng medical nya kasi after a month naman ang result eh. 4 months from now na lang yun...sana malapit na magDM.

Oops, i just checked it. Email, letter or fax lang pala hehe. Baket po tumagal ng ganyan? May kulang ba na documents or problema sa medical?

sa may nakakaalam, by batch po ba ang pagrerequest ng embassy ng mga passports?
it looks like na magkakapareho tayo ng timeline. Im waiting for my PPR too...

hi everyone, I am checking my ECAS daily. I am expecting my visa to arrive this month. The manila visa office has been holding my passport for 6 months now.
timeline:
Application received by CPC > May 1, 2014
Sponsor approval > July, 6, 2014
Transfer to Manila Visa Office. > August 15, 2014
Medical exam > September 7, 2014
In Process > September 20, 2014
Passport sent > September 01, 2014
Additional document sent,newborn added (Birth Certificate sent > October 20, 2014
Newborn passport sent : December 5, 2014
still waiting for DM status
has anyone here with baby added in the application? how many months should I wait?
ECAS still in process for almost 6 months

My husband is waiting and excited to see his baby for the first time. :-X

I don't want to be pessimistic , but the average now would be more like18+ month.... (82 days for Sponsorship assessment, and 17 month for the PR process at the embassy....

never had problem with external hard drive during travel. they don't care about it. they are more careful about laptops sometimes, but nothing to worry about
