Just want to ask po for outland sponsorship: my hubby is the canadian citizen and he is in canada right now, will he be the one to send all out files to the CPC in missisuaga? Or will I be the one to submit it in manila?

Also, mas mabilis ba ang processing ng sponsorship if you have kids? I mean, mas mabigat ba na reason yun for approval?

I got pregnant kase just 10months after we started dating and got married. Now we're going to be 7 years married this coming february and gifted with 3 wonderful kids.

yes.. sya ang magsesend lahat ng applications and proofs na isusubmit nyo dito sa mississauga.. once na naapprove sya kung pwede magsponsor, saka isesend ng CPC Mississauga ung files nyo sa manila..

I think it doesn't matter kung my kids kayo or wala.. basta my proof kayo na on going ang relationship nyo, at totoo.. kasi my ibang mga walang anak, pero mabilis ang na'process ung kanila.. depende na din siguro sa officer na nghhawak ng papers nyo..

decision made: either january 9 or 12, 2015
visa on hand: january 22, 2015
visa issue date: january 7, 2015 expiry: march 7, 2015

Hello, sponsored ako ng wife ko from canada, and i had my upfront medical last July 2014, and it was cleared last November 2014, my question is, kelan nila sila ngnonotify for PPR and paano ako makikita ang update ng application by online.

hello.. just go to cic website online.. then check mo ung status dun.. pwede mo makita kung in process na or hindi pa.. at ung decision made na.. in my husband's case, nagppr sila after a month na inistart nilang iprocess ang application nya..

Additional question: Since we will be applying for proof of citizenship for our kids, I don't have to list them in the additional dependent form (IMM0008DEP) but then I have to include them in the Additional Family Info form (5406E)?

Also, will the people listed in the additional family info form must need to undergo medical exams as well? (my kids, mother and brother)?

As far as I know yung mga nakalist lang sa dependent form mo (any dependent na included sa application who are not yet a permanent resident or canadian citizen, in your case wala) ang kailangan magpa medical exam. So ikaw lang ang kailangan magpa medical.

Hi sis maplecanada,
A week before bago kami nag AOR nag call ang asawa ko sa CIC at sabi nila they are still working on october 28th applicants and to call them back in 2 weeks which is last week of january pero ngtaka parin kami at nag tried din asawa ko sa MP but 2 weeks din out of town and just to call them back in 2 weeks. But last Wednesday morning my husband received an email from CIC which is Tuesday in Canada time.

sabi naman ng husband ko sis antayin dw namin hanggang next week, eh october 22, 2014 pa yun narecieve ng cic.. nakakainis AOR palng ganto na pano pa kaya sa PPR.. huhu

-A DECISION has been MADE on your application today. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Does it mean I'll receive my Visa soon?

This is my processing timeline:

March 23 or 24, 2014 - My husband mailed our application in Canada to CIC-CPC Mississauga

May 12, 2014 - My husband received an Email that confirms our application has been received on March 27, 2014.
- It also said that his application to sponsor has been approved and my application for PR has been forwarded to my country's visa office (Manila)

August 5, 2014 - I received an Email requesting for the following:
•PASSPORT •APPENDIX- A •Original NSO Advisory on Marriages

August 7, 2014 - Sent all requested documents

September 22, 2014 - It says from my application on-line that:
-We started processing your application

November 3, 2014 - I received MEDICAL REQUEST through Email.

November 13, 2014 - I had my Medical for Visa done at St. Lukes Hospital. It took me a week to decide to have my medical because I found out I am pregnant and I was hesitant to do the X-ray due to radiation but I was informed that it is safe to use a lead apron to protect my pregnancy.

January 13, 2015 - I checked the status of my application on-line it says:
-MEDICAL have been received.

When I checked today: JANUARY 23, 2015 it says DM.


I hope to receive my Visa soon because I am already 5mos.&2weeks pregnant as of today because some airlines are strict while traveling pregnant beyond 7 months.

I am very anxious and praying for a good news. God bless us all!

yes.. you will receive your passport with visa stamped soon.. usually 2 to 3 weeks.. depende sa location mo.. in my husband's case, I checked online Jan 14, 2015.. and he received his passport, Jan 16..
