Hello, sponsored ako ng wife ko from canada, and i had my upfront medical last July 2014, and it was cleared last November 2014, my question is, kelan nila sila ngnonotify for PPR and paano ako makikita ang update ng application by online.

hello.. just go to cic website online.. then check mo ung status dun.. pwede mo makita kung in process na or hindi pa.. at ung decision made na.. in my husband's case, nagppr sila after a month na inistart nilang iprocess ang application nya..

A week before bago kami nag AOR nag call ang asawa ko sa CIC at sabi nila they are still working on october 28th applicants and to call them back in 2 weeks which is last week of january pero ngtaka parin kami at nag tried din asawa ko sa MP but 2 weeks din out of town and just to call them back in 2 weeks. But last Wednesday morning my husband received an email from CIC which is Tuesday in Canada time.

Sa cebu hindi matao, 8:15 ako dumating dun pang 5 ako..hehe..and monday na monday jan 19 ako nag seminar.

Anong nakalagay sa ecas mo? Usually nag aappear din dun kung nareceive na nila ang medical result.

application received pa lang :'( since oct 9, 2014 pa sya. until now wala pa update. wala din ako nare-receive na email from cem para man lang malaman ko kung meron pa bang kulang na kelangan ko i-submit. medyo nagwo-worry ako kasi it's been almost 4 months na din. :'(

Just want to ask po for outland sponsorship: my hubby is the canadian citizen and he is in canada right now, will he be the one to send all out files to the CPC in missisuaga? Or will I be the one to submit it in manila?

Also, mas mabilis ba ang processing ng sponsorship if you have kids? I mean, mas mabigat ba na reason yun for approval?

I got pregnant kase just 10months after we started dating and got married. Now we're going to be 7 years married this coming february and gifted with 3 wonderful kids.

Your husband will be the one to submit the application package to CPC then after they determine if your application package is complete they will start processing the sponsorship part of the application. Once sponsorship is approved they will forward it to CEManila for the processing of your permanent residence application.

That's too long para masubmit ang medical mo. Try mo kaya magfollow up sa st.lukes, although sinabi nila na naisubmit na nila just ask kung posible ba na magsend sila ulit kse who knows baka na misplace or whatever. Or another thing na pwede mo itry is to ask st.lukes kung pwede sila magprovide ulet ng medical notification form sayo then Ipadala mo sa CEM with a cover letter explaining what happened. Sabihin mo sa st.lukes baka nawala ng embassy yung form na sinubmit mo at hinahanapan ka ulet. Pakita mo yung letter sayo asking for it.

Nakaka frustrate talaga minsan kse alam mo na kumpleto naman yung pinadala mong requirements then they will say na hindi nila natanggap. It happened to me. Mabuti sana kung yung document na naiwala nila ay madali lang makakuha ng kapalit.

Walang nakalagay sa labas ng package na spouse visa, maski sa mismong visa mo na nasa passport mo walang nakalagay na ganun. Nakasulat lang immigrant visa. Pero kasama sa package na yun ang lahat ng pictures etc na sinubmit nyo sa application to prove that your relationship is genuine, they will return all of those with your passport and visa.

And I dont think iiwanan yung package mo sa bahay nyo ng basta basta lang, kailangan ikaw mismo ang magsign na nagreceive. Or kung maganda ang timing mo, you can even ask the courier company na pipick upin mo nalang ang package instead of delivering it to you.
