Aug.26 kami ng in process. Bound where kba? toronto kami sis. Sana namn mg DM na no, unfair nmn kung mg remed pa na kunpleto na din nmn lahat. Baka natambakan yung papers natin.

Hope someone can provide me with next steps, Here is my case summary:

They Received my application on Aug 22nd.
Sent me letter that the application is approved from Canada and sent to Philippines embassy on OCT 3rd.
Manila embassy requested NBI clearance and we provided within a week.

We have not heard anything from them. I have sent multiple case specific queries but they are not sending any replies.

would someone know what should I do next ? they have not given any update on the website or replied to my emails or queries.

Coa is optional. Pdos is mandatory, a sticker will be placed in your passport after you attend pdos na required before you can travel.

Yes ganyan talaga nakalagay because COPR is not a travel document. You need the visa in your passport to travel to canada. Pero you will need the COPR sa port of entry, pipirmahan mo yun in front of the immigration officer. And your COPR will serve as your PR proof habang wala pa ang PR Card mo. You will need it to open a bank account, get an SIN number etc. At wag mo itatapon yan kahit makuha mo na ang PR Card mo because you will need it when you apply for citizenship later on

Your application was transferred to CEM Oct 2014 or 2013? Kung 2014 lang, it is still within the usual processing time so wala kang next step kundi to wait for them to contact you again to do medical if you haven't done upfront medical or to request your passport. Usual processing time is 15 months sa CEManila pero mukhang medyo bumibilis na ngayon because i've seen people get visas within 6-8 months. So just wait patiently and check your email lagi for the next step.

Your application was transferred to CEM Oct 2014 or 2013? Kung 2014 lang, it is still within the usual processing time so wala kang next step kundi to wait for them to contact
you again to do medical if you haven't done upfront medical or to request your passport. Usual processing time is 15 months sa CEManila pero mukhang medyo bumibilis na ngayon because i've seen people get visas wi thin 6-8 months. So just wait patiently and check your email lagi for the next step.

I would like to ask something. Pasensya na makulit ako.
Yong app namin filed october 31st 2014 at until now my husband didn't received yet any AOR email from CIC. How long po ba ? At confused lang ako kasi I counted from the date my husband sent it is already 70 days now but if I count without the sundays and holidays its still 57 days today. I think lampas na sa 61 days included sa sundays at holidays. May mga case ba na ganito? Thank you in advance. Sana mapaliwanagan niyo ako.

Ayoko masyado mangulit sa embassy pero grabe naman. Nasan na baaa Winnipeg bound ako, Sept 5 In Process. Mabagal nahawak ng papers namin kasi sa lahat ng aspect huli ako after passport request. After nun nagorder na kmi gcms ok naman na pala lahat, hay grabe mahirap ata magprint hahahha ewan ko. Oo ayoko na magremed pls naman. Imbis sa gamit ko na ilaan yung cash mapunta pa sa papel.

Diko sure kung ano ang normal processing time sa sponsorship. Pero yung sa husband ko, nakareceive kmi ng reply after about 2 weeks of sending our application to CPC missisauga. Sabi lang sa email na approved ang sponsorship and naforward na nila sa CEManila yung application. Check your Bulk email baka doon napunta yung email nila. It happened to me, diko agad nakita ang email about passport request kse napunta sa bulk email. I dont normally check bulk emails pa naman, for some reasons i checked it that time at dun ko nakita ang email ng embassy!
