There is also a family in the news in Canada now who did not declare their son on the initial application and now the son is not able to join them in Canada. Sad but rules are rules I suppose. Everything needs to be declared on the application initially. I wish you much luck!

This kind of mistakes happen often,
the rules need to be reviewed....
someone should put together a petition......
Separate families is inhumane....
Rules should be to protect families not to divide them.

Happy New Year everyone! MommyNQ nag DM kami ng Dec12 if I remember it right pero Dec9 ang nakalagay sa e-cas. Medyo matagal kami hindi nakapag log dito. Hopefully nakuha mo na rin visa mo at ng lahat ng kasabayan natin.

Hello po. Ask ko lang kung may date yung ecas mo nung nag DM? Kasi yung sakin wala. Nakalagay lang decision made. Pag inopen ko, ang series lang ng status ay application received on, start processing application on, medical received, a decision has been made to your application. The office will contact you in this regard.. pero walang date yung decision made. Still waiting pa din ako ng visa.. nakakalungkot na..

cause,i just notice on dec 16 2014 when i check the ecas,my status has change from inprocess to decision made.
and it said the office will contact me concerning this decision,manila office request my pasport and a right payment permanent residence.
so they have everything they need from me.
but untill now i still dont get an email or call from cic manila about my visa...

please help,,,im so so worried

Your the same as about 30 plus others. You have to remember this is the holiday season. I am sure starting next week we will start to see the passports returned. I am waiting as well and it isn't easy
