yes kelangan dumaan sya sa 10 days posting rule.. ako nga dpat 1 week lang uuwi c hubby kaya lang dahil kelangan nila i-keep for 10days ang marriage license npilitan maghanap ng ibang work c hubby para makatagal sya ng stay dito sa pinas. You also have to undergo family planning seminar, I think requirements yun pagkuha ng marriage license, ako kasi na exempt ako dahil daw nurse ako. kumuha kami ng marriage license the day after he arrived and nakuha naman yun license a day before the marriage. kung early pa dadating c hubby at office time pa, kung d hassle diretso na agad kau ng munisipyo para magfile, yun eh kung ok lang at makakakuha ka in advance ng pre-counselling ng family planning (not sure kung yun nga tawag).

I think monday thru friday lang.

Actually I went to City hall and explained to the girl staff at the window yung situation namin ng boyfriend ko.. Sabi niya possible daw pero syempre may padulas yun.. Humirit sya "basta dalahan nyo kami ng chocolate ha".. Take note. Staff ng LCR ang nagsabi nito.

Eto raw gagawin namin:
Dec 18 pagkarating ng boyfriend ko didirecho na kami sa cityhall to submit cenomar, birth certificate and fill out the application forms. Same day na rin kami attend ng family planning seminar. By Dec 29 or 30 daw irerelease na nila ang marriage license namin. That's 10 days na pag included ang weekends (sat and sun) sa bilang. They can refer us to someone who can officate our wedding rites on Dec 29.

Pwede ba to mga sis? Kung dec 18 application tapos dec 30 ang release ng license, that's 10 days naman pag included ang weekends sa bilang..

Or dapat ba 10 WORKING DAYS?

Actually I went to City hall and explained to the girl staff at the window yung situation namin ng boyfriend ko.. Sabi niya possible daw pero syempre may padulas yun.. Humirit sya "basta dalahan nyo kami ng chocolate ha".. Take note. Staff ng LCR ang nagsabi nito.

Dat is d rules nowadays, it also happened to us ng husband ko, xempre in order for you to get what you want you will also consider those persons.. Dapat nga weekdays ang bilang and it is 13 working days p.. Grab mo n kesa mahirapan k..

Hi Happilee! Nope, ok lang yan basta assure mo na clean papers niyo. Yung sakin fast tracked marriage din, almost two weeks lang all in. Pero nakuha ko na GCMS notes ko, passed na ko and naka state "More than two years in the relationship ; Valid Marriage" and so on, so I dont think they would mind. I-make sure niyo lang na hindi bogus fixer, lalo mag 'lalagay' kayo.

Got my gcms notes, crim check passed, marriage valid and continuing, medicals passed... pero still in process since Sept 5. Grabe!

History din ng mga emails mo and everything concerning your application.

Search mo po, si hubby kasi gumawa nung samin, sinend lang niya. Advisable, after in process kumuha para may laman na talaga yung GCMS niyo.
Kaya nga nakakapagtaka eh, ok na pala lahat DAW sakin accdg sa GCMS pero nganga pa rin. Umasa naman ako hahahaha pero ok na din, bawas isipin na passed na sa crim check and relationship check.

Its 10 consecutive days po, not working days, LCR nagsabi sakin dati na 10 consecutive days.
And hindi na rin sila nagrequire ng seminars, ask mo sila if pwede na wala...waived na din kami sa seminars eh.

Passport request pa lang ako not in process yet. Required ba talaga GCMS? If ako nalang kukuha pwede rin?

Hindi siya required. Kung gusto mo lang malaman specifics. Applicant kukuha talaga.

THANK YOU SO MUCH sa mga reply nyo. Lumakas loob ko to push through with our plan. As much as possible gusto ko naman talaga dumaan sa tamang proseso. But since ang visit ng boyfriend ko dito ay natapat sa sunod-sunod na holidays, problema talaga namin konti lang ang days na may pasok sa gobyerno.

Ayoko kasi ma-jeopardize ang spousal visa application namin dahil sa rushed processing ng marriage license namin.

Do you think the visa officer would look into our marriage license application? Kasi obviously puro holidays tatapat ang marriage license application namin, and yet mabibigyan pa rin kami ng marriage license. Parang baka kasi too obvious na "rushed" or may binayaran kami fixer to rush the processing of the marriage license. Will this have an effect kaya on our spousal visa application?

hi everyone. mag ask lang sana ako. sa mga na sponsoran ng asawa nila sa pinas. kasama na ba sa application yung medical? or need pa mag wait ng letter na kasama yung medical form? kasi dun sa natangap na letter ng kaibigan ko ang nakalagay lang dun ang kulang na lang ng asawa nya is IMM1017b upfront. pero wala naman nakalagay na ibang form for medical.

pwede ba na yung applicant pumunta ng clinic the pakita yung letter na kaialangan nya ng medical specifically IMM1017b upfront or need nya pa yun wait yung medical form galing CIC.

We are not familiar at all about GCMS. In process pa rin kami since October 10, pwede na ba kami kumuha ng GCMS? What do you mean para may laman ang GCMS, if it's not required? Will it affect the application ba? Pwede bang sponsor ang kumuha nun? Mas mabilis siguro pag ako gagawa. Stressed na masyado ang asawa ko sa paghihintay ng visa.. Pasensha na sa mga tanong pero will do my own research as well. Salamat po!

It might be because of your age, pero sa pagkakaalam ko, pag above 25 na, optional na yung seminars? (not so sure din )
