same here Joramjee, feb applicant. my husband ppr last july 16, received july 22. IP august 21 and until now waiting. more than 3 mos now. wishing will be together before our annivesary

Hello. DM kmi Nov.2 pero we received an email from CEM October 30 that it has been approved na. So mga 2weeks. Na stuck package for 2weeks sa dhl kc we dont have dhl sa town. Good thing dumas told me to call lahat ng dhl malapit sa amin, last friday lang aq ngtawag and as expected nasa tuguegarao nga. Si hubby na mismo pick up knina duon. Sa northern part mo kmi ng philippines, malapit tuguegarao

Nde na niya natanung eh. Sorry. Pero malamang first week pa ng November andun. Usually days lang pag me dhl sa mismong place eh. Ung friend ko, got an email from CEM 2wks ago dn friday then her hubby got the visa wednesday. I hope u get it soon.

I don't think that you can file on line.
Time changes, but will be a good idea to get
the Medical Examination done as soon as possible,
as they seem to take into consideration the expiration date of the medicals,
(one year after being taken), so your time line for the visa may be
one year after the medicals are done.
If she gets the medicals done November 24, you can count on a Visa
and her in Canada before November 24.
Naturally, if you are lucky time can be way shorter. (or longer)
15 months is the expected time

I was wondering about the current typical times, rather than what the site happens to say the average is. Assuming an application is done fully, and properly.

Interesting that you say I can't file online. My last bit of research says thats the easiest and fastest method. Upload a PDF of all of the forms and documents, pay all of the fees, and wait.

I was wondering if I should get the medical and security check done soon. I'll look into getting that done asap.
