Ilang days po kau ng antay ng visa on hand after dm?

Hello. Sa monday pa pick up ni hubby ung package kasi half day lang sila today eh malayo kami. We got an email last October 30 that it has been approved and visa copr to be sent the following week. So we waited. Good thing dumas told me to call all DHL near us, so yun.. One branch confirmed they have it. Now lang aq ngtawag.. So happy!

I really need your help or opinion. Im a PR card holder in canada and I sponsor my husband in the philipines back in 2012, we had some issues with his papers in the past and able to fix it by the help of a lawyer in Canada last year and at last after a long wait we receive an email from them last 27th of October but the email is just asking my husband to fill up the updated form IMM0008,5669,5604, NBI or Police clearance, additional evidences of our relationship, and NSO Birth certificate of our daughter. We were able to filled it up and provide all the additional requirements that they asking however were a bit confuse because our daughter is a canadian citizen and other thing is my husband name was not included on her certificate because back when i just gave birth, my cousin is the one who filled up the form for our daughter's birth certificate and she wasn't able to write it down. So my question is will it affect my husband's application? we don't have much time to fix the error on our baby's certificate anymore since they only gave us 45 day to submit all the requirements and one more reason is I'm currently here in the philippines for a vacation. Please I need your advices. thank you for your future answers.

Send everything as you have,
and make a letter explaining the error, and then try to fix it...
it is better to submit everything as you have now that fail the dead line,
the documents are valid even with the error that you mentioned.
In any case, it is possible that they ask for ADN test to confirm paternity, due to the error
that you are mentioning.

Hello!!! Congrats again!! I just did what u told me and youre right!! Matagal na sa dhl ung package ni hubby. Its a city 3hours away from our place. And they told me sa wednesday pa or mas late pa ideliver.. I shoulda known earlier para na pick up nia last week pa. Theyre only open half day today (saturday) so sa monday na pick up hubby. Im the happiest person in the world this moment. God is really good. His timing is always perfect!!!

Congrats din sayo at sa hubby mo... In most cases pag walang dhl sa place nila, natatagalan talaga and if d tayo nagpafollow up, malamang anong petsa na kaya darating. God is good! Cheers... Smile ka na.

Congrats din sayo at sa hubby mo... In most cases pag walang dhl sa place nila, natatagalan talaga and if d tayo nagpafollow up, malamang anong petsa na kaya darating. God is good! Cheers... Smile ka na.

Thank you for your reply we are planning to give them an affidavit or supporting letter from a lawyer here in the philippines, will it help to avoid confusion on their side? we really provided a lot of pictures of my husband and our daughter, good thing is I left our daughter for almost a year with him and able to keep a lot of pictures of them and also our daughter is using his LAST NAME which is also on the certificate. Really not sure if its an error on the office because my cousin pretty sure that she was able to wrote it down so we ask a letter from my cousin explaining of what happen.

Hi. Ako din nung nabasa ko yung question moh di ko rin pla nalagay yung middle name ko. Anu ba yan! Hopefully wala ding maging problema. Kc panay Family name at Given lng nakalagay. Sabi rin naman nila wla masyadong pakialam sa middle name jan sa canada hehe

Is it normal po ba na merong AOR before SA?...Nakareceive kasi si hubby ng letter from CIC-M stating that they received our application Sept. 25. Until now po waiting pa rin kami for SA.

Ang aga ko nag PPR pero until now hindi pa din In process......1 month na passport ko sa CEM.
