Hello there! I think you really need to contact your mp na. Seek some help from your mp, kahit na d talaga 100% sure na magkakavisa ka agad but u will have some info kung ano na ang nagyayari. Cem answers them pro pag tayo lng, mostly they ignore it. Its very unfair na 2014 applicants have visas already while some 2013 are still waiting. I also received my remed request on aug 13. Malapit ka na din magdDM sis. 2-3 months kaseh yan mostly na nagdDM after ng remed. Im sure this month me good news ka na din.

Hi Joshbim, usually kasabay ng PPR sila nagrerequest ng addt'l docs and sa case mo hindi naman nila hiningi, so maybe OK na yung sayo. May mga cases din kasi na walang AOM na hiningi sa kanila, so depende cguro sa VO.

Hello po bali dec.2013 applicant nuong oct 27 2014 we got an email from CEM na nagrerequest ng additional docs. At ang hinihingi po nila eh yung certificate of divorce and my NBI kasi paso na po ang NBI ko this month.So they gave us 30 days to submit to them. But as you said kasabay ng request ang additional docs ang PPR kami wala png PPR docs lang ang hinihingi nila. Marami bang nanyaring ganito?

Not so sure about that. Its not a holiday in all provinces (Quebec and Ontario at least) and its not listed in the list of statutory holidays for CEM which is here: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/contact-contactez.aspx?lang=eng at bottom of the page.
