Hi fellow kababayans, I was told na mag apply ng PR but before that, heres my situation:


Transgender ako at na meet ko ang boyfriend ko online, we have been together for more than 1 year hindi kami pwede pakasal dto sa pinas kc hindi naman pwede. so ang option is PR under conjugal or common law category. Ang problema hindi sya pwede mag stay ng 1 year dto sa pinas kc may trabaho siya so hindi ako pasok sa common law. Conjugal is the best option. Pero dapat daw mag apply ng TRV pag na deny then i have strong case for common law. Tama ba?

There someone who knows the direct line in CEM? We tried calling the number they have provided in the sponsorship approval several times, they just hang up the phone..

Hello kabayan. Kailangan ko bang kumuha ng police clearance both sa Canada at Pilipinas kapag yan ang mga lugar na tinirahan ko pareho?

San po ba ang pwede kumuha ng NBI clearance maliban sa Quiapo outside metro Manila?

Also kailangan ko bang kumuha ng Philippine marriage record from NSO kung hindi ako sa Pilipinas ikinasal?

thanks sis, sana sis nag in-land application ka nalang kasi live-in caregiver ka before, you here in Philippines, mostly sa amin ilang years pa bago nag apply, if pwede huwag nalang spouse conjugal man yon sa iba but you need to live together for 10 months to 1 year... pwede ka run pa consult ng immigration lawyer...sana ma solve din you...keep pray sis...god bless ..

Bakit kaya ganun ang CEM? Yung iba ang bilis mag in porcess tapos DM kagad. Yung iba ay napakabagal kahit pareho naman case. HIndi talaga malinaw pagupdate ng status nila at kung anong process na ba. Almost 1 month na ako in process.

Sana mag DM na tayo this coming week.. oct.9 inprocess ako

You're even in a better situation. Many of us are "in process" since August, and have waited the processing of our application for 14 months or more already. I, myself, am a September 2013 applicant, and still waiting for a "DM" profile since August. Nakakapagod na mag hintay.

Hi guys! Does anybody here applied for a Proof of Citizenship Cert. of your babies? How long did it takes for you to receive the certificate. It's been 3 months na since nag in process ang application ng baby ko. Im September 2014 applicant too and waiting for SA. TIA sa mga sasagot.

hello.. hindi po mahirap kumuha ng nbi sa main,.. meron online application sa nbi website and pag dating dun step 3. na agad ( lining up for payment )
though im not sure for a police clearance sa canada..

hello.. hindi po mahirap kumuha ng nbi sa main,.. meron online application sa nbi website and pag dating dun step 3. na agad ( lining up for payment )
though im not sure for a police clearance sa canada..

buti nga kyo passport requested na.... nag aantay n Lng ng visa..un sa partner q november 2013 appLicant... hanggang ngyon waLa pang passport request si hubby... nag emaiL n kmi sa embassy, ang say Lng "your appLication is with the visa officer for an ongoing review"... waLang katapusang review... ndi namn nag-aask ng additionaL documents... waLang action since december 11, 2013 ng maapprove aq biLang sponsor... Lahat n ng kasabayan q na ka-forum q in november 2013, nakaLipad na.. c hubby asa pinas pa... ;( nakaka-inggit n rin kc un mga 2014 na visa on hand na... good thing un partner q, very understanding... but kc..... naka bakasyon na nun december-january 2014 un partner q dito sa canada, naka uwi na q nun march at nagtour n kmi in 7 countries, nganga pa rin un appLication nmin...!!! mas ok p un visa officer ng mag appLy si hubby ng TRV, approve agad after 3 days even ongoing un sponsorship nya... ;( nakaka iyak n tLga!!!!!!!

Looks like it takes time for them to issue the certificate...Haist! waiting game is stressfull. Patience is a virtue talaga. Gudluck to all of us!

I believe that there is approximately 90 officers in Manila Visa Office,
from them approximately 80 are fellow Filipinos....
