hi Lisa , yes spouse, hubby is canadian, we submitted last year, actually that's end of the month of august 2013 then the cic received sept. first week, I think that was sept. 3, 2013, then they forwarded to manila right after, Oct. 2-4 CEM received our documents...until June 2, 2014 I became ppr, June 25 in process & add'l documents, mid of August 2014 remed. sept. 25 DM ...now visa waiting as my representative said not to worry cause I'm waiting for that visa but its been a month plus now... still keep hoping for one day we reunited to hubby although I'm so not much now excited as before seems its far from reality to have a visa kasi too long since I became a DM ..but in gods time, I keep praying :)

hi I just like to share from other threads:

1. Decision made - Before the medical requests - Not normally good news at this stage- good reason to worry (status timing unexpected)
2. Decision made - Directly after the medicals sent but before the passport requests - 50/50 could be good, could be bad, be concerned.(status timing unexpected)
3. Decision made - Already done medicals and passports requested - Normally always good no need to worry (status timing unexpected)

4. Decision made - Already done medicals and passports requested, passports returned with landing visa -Good news (status timing expected)

thanks...

hi Liza, you're welcome, the add'l document was only a notarized form signed by the father of my child, my ex that he is willing permanently separate with his son to migrate with me in canada in the future .... don't worry Lisa, we have different cases, maybe your application is not as long as my app, just don't follow up so that they won't keep opening your file number and the result your application might fall into last process...you can follow up only like when you don't have a visa yet then you're ppr already but your medical is about to expire, like what I did,so they requested me to remed and after one month, I became DM...OK, good luck...thanks ;)

God has planned everything in His own perfect time!

Finally, Decision Made. Visa expiry is sept 2015.

Waiting for my visa to arrive soonest. God bless us all! Especially to all 2013 applicants who are still waiting. Hold on. We will all land in Canada soon.

Hello Mrs V.

Much better you save the photos in MS Word, then with brief narratives for each photos (description of when, who, where, what occasion, etc for each photos).
Makakasave ka ng space and bulkness kesa sa magpaparint ka ng photos in hard copy, and besides need mo din sulatan at the back of each photo ng description if it is in hard copy. Fyi din po, in case of hard copy photos, they specifically stated that photos must be loose, should not be in binders or albums etc.

Yes screenshots ng communication is fine.
Goodluck
Cheers!

Guys do you know any applicant from Manila VO na naging mahaba ang process? I have quite a situation and I'm actually thinking of not applying but my husband isn't very fond of the Philippines. I have to convince him that it's not so bad here. That's the only way our marriage will work, if we settle here. At the moment I don't think I'm the best candidate for spousal sponsorship kase.

why you said you are not the best candidate for spousal sponsorship? not only by candidate but you need to apply and prove your genuine relationship, of how of you both sincere to each other but if you both planning to stay in here philippines, its not bad too as long he is comfortable but seems Canadians are need adjustments because they have a nice government and different weather, I don't think they can survive the heat here. but if you apply to canada as long your documents and relationships are genuine there's no hard for you to apply, you need only proofs and more patient... you must both agreed of both plans ahead to your life :)
