Here's my 2 cents sa mga queries mo
1. May mga nakakaalam po ba dito how long does the NSO marriage certificate goes out? Kasi ang alam ko po merong certificate na binibigay yung sa city hall kung san magpapakasal. Pwede po ba yun ipasa na or do we really need to wait for the NSO? Sabi po kasi sa mga nabasa ko dati umaabot po ng ilang buwan bago magreflect yung marriage at bago magka certificate? Meron po ba nakakaalam kung gano katagal.
Original NSO Authenticated Marriage Certificate po ang needed. And para mapadali, ipa Advance Endorsement mo sa Local Civil Regisrty (LCR) para mapadali ang pag endorse nila sa NSO and makarequest ka agad after 3 weeks to 1 month time.
Isama mo na rin sa pagkuha ang Advisory on Marriage (AOM) kasi sa NSO din yun kukunin and isa din po yun sa requirements. AOM is equivalent ng CENOMAR.
2. Pagkapasa po ba namin ng mga documents and requirements for application he can go back na sa Canada? Or do we need to wait muna kung may sagot na?
Anytime pwede sya bumalik sa Canada, nde naman po kailangan na nasa Pinas ang sponsor while on process ang application
3. Sa medicals po, sinasabihan po ba kung kelan ka magpapamedical or kusa na? I mean po, isasama mo na yung medical mo sa pagpasa mo ng application?

Its up to you when ka magmemedical. Much better if isasama mo na ang medicals upon submission ng application kasi para bawas delay pa. And as much as possible magpamedical ka na pag malapit ka na magsubmit ng application para maiwasan din ang remedical kasi 1 year lang ang validity ng medical.
4. Meron pa po bang mga interviews na kailangan niya ring puntahan habang in process yung application o wala na po kaya ok lang na bumalik na siya sa Canada?
No interview for the sponsor so anytime he can go back to Canada.
5. Ano po yung mga importanteng bagay na dapat tandaan o itake note sa pagpapasa ng application?
Get NBI towards the end of supporting documents gathering, kasi sa CIC 3 months lang ang validity nung NBI Certificate.
Make sure na you double check the forms that you filled up, it must be the latest form na nakapost sa CIC. Madami kasi cases binalik ang application kasi outdated ang form na ginamit nila.
Just follow the checklist and read the instruction. And if may mga malabo sayo, ask dito sa forum kasi madami tutulong sayo dito.
