is this mean that CEM did not requested me additional documents as of now?
it is not specified what kind of document is requested..

No, I don't think that they did not request additional documents ...
I think that they made a mistake and did not included the information regarding
the documents that they need....
This is the form that they send when they ask for passport,
normally they will ask for Appendix A and will send the link...

You better contact them to make sure....

hello baka puwede nyo po akong tulungan kakasubmit ko lang po yung permanent resident application last aug. 2014 puwede ko na bang kunin at mag aral ang mga ank ko na 8,6 at 3 y/o dito sa canada kahit on process pa lng p.r. ko po? at yung asawa ko anong klaseng visa kukunin ko sa kanila? salamat po

Nyak nagbayad kami 5Cad niyan lol oh well. 1week to one month yung result nito huhu grabe naman sana wag naman nila paabutin ng a month. Kaya ka nga nagrequest kasi nagugulumihanan ka na sa application eh.
