Di sila mgeemail sau kung s cpc-m hindi mo mllmn until the time n nbuksan n nila application mo at ma update s system nila..

Tanong ko lang po, kasi yung wife ko nagwowork sa US 2018 pa mageezpired visa nya and isisponsoran ko sya papunta dito canada, pero di namin alam kung ok lang na ipprocess sa manila yung applicaion nya habang na US sya or kelangan nyang umuwi sa philippines? Thank you po sagot

Wala naman pong magiging problem sa CEM. Ang magiging problema lang po is kung RE ENTRY visa lang ang inissue sa inyo, hindi na po kayo makakabalik sa saudi (may expiry kasi ang RE ENTRY visa). Kung expired na po yan, at gusto nio pa po bumalik ng saudi, baka maharang po kayo sa immigration. Kung exit visa lang po, makakaalis pa po kayo. sa hospital po namin dati, Re entry visa po ang ini issue kung vacation lang ang purpose of travel namin to the Philippines. Ang pinakamahalaga po is yung police clearance niyo from saudi. Kung meron po kayong NOC from the hospital, i include nio na lang po sa pplication nio for Canada. Hope it helps.

thank you. i have my police clearance na po. iniisip ko po kasi it will appear in my passport and might be question po ng immigration. kasi po im sure like any other pinay nurses working in our hospital, re-entry po ibibigay sa akin instead of final visa. i will try to get NOC now even sa January pa lng matatapos contract ko. is it possible?

Yes is the answer! SI hubby mo ang sponsor? 31 calendar days yan bago matanggap, pwede by email or letter, samin by email tapos pina-print na lang, 17 pages yon samin. May nk lagay na due date Nov 27, 2014 00:00:00 ibig sabihin sa petsa pa na yan finalize nila app namin, hay tagal pa November...

Hi po, hindi po kailangan na umuwi sya sa Pinas while in process yung application ninyo. In the case lang po na ipapatawag po sya sa interview, yun lang po yung time na required syang umuwi to attend the interview.

In fact, I've read somewhere na CIC dont advise na mag resign while the application is on process.

nakakalito kasi yung questions nya sis..so need pa consent nito sis? we're applying online kasi, si hubby ko ang sponsor, sya din kukuha nang ATIP ko...

Hi Mrsbabsiegurl,
If sa Step 1 pa lang po kayo, malalaman mo lang na nareceive na ng CPC-M yung package thru courier tracking. Hindi po nag eemail or nag aacknowledge ang CPC-M. All you can do is wait for SA approval which is nasa 48 days now bago maassess yung sponsor. Upon SA saka lang nag eemail yung CPC-M sa sponsor mo if approve or not.

Then Step 2 begins (eto po yung medyo matagal tagal na waiting) After ng SA, saka pa lang nila ifoforward sa CEM yung application nyo. Antay ulit for email from CEM na nareceive na nila yung application nyo sa Manila Embassy yun po yung AOR2. Then wait ulit for email for PPR then wait ulit...up to the visa issuance (although no assurance gano katagal ang waiting for each process)

Sa case namin, ako ang applicant, mister ko ang sponsor. Ako ang nag order ng GCMS Notes using my sponsor's email address onilne, kunwari ako si sponsor(isa pa may edad ang asawa ko hindi maalam sa computer), kase kung may consent pa nang applicant ang pag kakaalam ko is yan yung may bayad na 5$ pero kung si sponsor ang oorder libre. July 31, 2014 ako nag order online then received it Sept 3 sa email din ng husband ko.
