Guys help, may girlfriend ako sa pinas at may isa kaming anak kaso nagka hiwalay kami nong buntis pa siya kasi gusto nila ipakasal sa akin kaso tinanggihan ko dahil nag aaral pa lang ako noon wala akong pang suporta sa kanila so nagalit father nya pati mga relatives nya sa akin kaya nong nanganak sya hindi nila linagay pangalan ko as a father nong bata "UNKNOWN" ang nakalagay sa fathers name ng bata napaka sakit po pero d ko po sila masisisi.. kararating ko lng po dito sa canada nong may at PR na ako.. tinanong ako sa immigration sa vancouver pero sinabi ko wala dahil wala po akong proof na may anak nga ako at bka tanungin at hingin copy birthcertificate ng bata at wala po akong maibigay.. hnd pa po kami kasal ng girlfriend ko at nver po kami nag live in.. may chance pa po ba kaya na makuha ko sila kung sakali maayos ulit ang nasira naming relasyon??

All family members as defined in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations (IRPA) must be declared and examined whether accompanying or not. If a family member is not declared at the time of the application, they are considered excluded as a family member, and the applicant may lose the right to sponsor that family member in the future. Failure to declare the family member may also result in the applicant being found inadmissible to Canada for misrepresentation for withholding this information.

If additional family members need to be added after submission of the application as a result of birth, adoption or marriage, please immediately advise the office processing your application.

Good morning po sa lahat. Kinuha po ang passport ko at appendix A last August 5. Nareceived lahat ng documents ng embassy nung August 8. Lampas 45 days na po, at wala po kahit anong update sa status namin, only "Medical results have been received". Ano po kaya nangyayari? Wala sila update or kahit ano.

i am a Filipino but currently a working nurse in Saudi Arabia. my contract will end in Jan 2015. and my husband and i will start the spousal sponsorship as soon as he receives the NBI clearance from the Philippines. maybe this October, he will send the application. i would like to ask if how many months in total to finish the process? and can u tell me which visa office should i put? will it be in Riyadh or Philippines? which one process faster? thank you
