ganyan din ang iniisip ko ang unfair tlga although im happy for them na nag apply ng 2014 pero sana naman magkaron sila ng consideration sa mga nag apply ng 2013, gnon din naman bibigay at bibigay naman tlga nila pinapatagal pa!!!

Hello everyone! I'll be needing your insight about my dilemma. My husband has a history of PTB ng 2008. Yearly po sya nagpapa medical lagi naman sya fit to work although un scar andun na talaga. so ang gnawa namin is nagpa premedical kami sa pulmonary doctor nya. Xray and sputum test are negative. So dahil confident na kami nagpa upfront medical na sya sa St lukes BGC pero since may history sta need pa nya magpa pulmo evaluation. Sputum smear and culture and pagawa sakanya. My prob is 2 months pa ung result ng culture. So ang question ko ok lang ba magpasa na kami for spousal sponsorship while waiting for the medical result since ang first stage approval naman takes around 2 months bago ipasa sa CEM? May gumawa na po ba dito nun? Thanks sa lahat ng sasagot. Sayang kasi un oras so gusto ko sana umandar na un papel namin.

Hello Po,
May nabasa po ako previously here sa forum about po jan. Meron na pong nagsubmit ng application and then to follow na lang yung medical kasi may PTB din sya. May iba't iba opinion din yung ibang forumers dito, may nagsasabi it would cause a delay and others said wala naman daw problem.
I would suggest you submit na lang your apps but make sure you make an explanation letter about the medicals na to follow na lang, para at least aware din yung magrereview dun sa first stage approval, baka kasi maclassify as incomplete (depende sa officer na titingin) pag wala silang makita proof of medical.

Then send mo na lang as soon as you get the result, as long as may UCI ka na or File number

magpasa na kayo.. iniemail lang naman yung result... pakita mo lang yung resibo or proof of medical with explanation letter na under examination..habang naghihintay ng result nasa process na yung papel.. mahigpit talaga sa health...kaya tiyaga lang sa paghihintay

Re remed/ re assessment of medical wait ka lang sa email kasi my instruction, yong clinic kunin ang copy sa instruction na naka attached sa email from visa officer. Mostly my remed kasi pag expire nah....lucky are those who have thier passport wirh visa less than a year kasi no need sa remed...thanks

pwede nyo na po kayong magpasa ng application. mag-include na lang kau ng letter na after 2 mos pa result ng culture. for sure may receipt naman kau ng clinic di ba na isama nyo na maski photocopy lang sa application. besides ifoforward naman directly ng clinic ung medical result nya. goodluck po!

Don't you worry anaruiz, if the vo is not so nice to our app na pinatagal , god is nice, maybe people are unfair but we are fair all to god.... Just remember when something isn't good for us better will come maybe not in processing but ahead to our life in other way much nicer... Doesn't mean winner or fulfilled is the final while we live, remember we have different blessings....god is good all the time....just pray continually..ako nga yon din na feel ko..
