Hello akosimak! Hehe cguro kaya ganun kabilis ng DM ung sa akin kasi 1 years and 11 months after ng kasal namin ng husband ko saka kami ngstart mg apply. Then lahat ng info and evidences from the start nung relationship namin which is 1 year before nga kasal namin i kept it talaga, then i never skip any details sa application lalo na sa 10 years history, i did not skip any months doon. At dahil din cguro foreign national sya kaya mabilis which is i'm not sure if isa eto sa mga pinabilis na pgprocess ng CEM.

kung ako din naman ang VO tapos marami nakaambak na application eh di hindi ko na babasahin sa haba nang history..hahahaha... ;D ;D
just kidding...pero yun talaga ang tama... kami nga eh 5 yrs magjowa tapos long distance pa kasi i met him sa Friendster pa nuun, thru his cousin na ka ofismate ko..and isang beses lang kami nag met in person last 2011 after we got married on 2013.

isa lang naman talaga ang magagawa natin dito eh "the power of prayers" kasi kahit napaka strict pa ni VO kapag e pray natin na smooth lang yung assessment ni VO sa application natin eh hindi naman din tayo bibiguin ni LORD..kasi nga our goal dito is to be reunited with our spouses...

Walang online ang medical ng Cebu kaya natagalan. follow up mo ung pinagmedicalan mo kung na forward na nila. Para maconfirm mo talaga.

good evening forum mates...
i'd like to share the super good news... this marks the end of of our waiting

the courier have contacted me today afternoon (19-Aug-2014) so i could pick up my passport with stamped visa, COPR, pictures, and other forms that we submitted previously.

Sakto na lumuwas ako para sa mga personal errands kaya nang maka-receive ako ng SMS, nagpahintay ako sa kanila (kahit til 5 pm lang sila, very accommodating naman na nahintay nila ako. Unserviceable kasi area namin kaya hindi sila nagdedeliver sa amin, kailangan talagang pick up). 5:45pm na ako nakarating kasi rush hour na bago pa ako nakabalik pero ni-release pa rin nila sa akin. (walang bakas ng pagkainip sa mukha ni Manong Guard, as in expected na nila ako .

So here's my updated timeline:

PPR : 08-Jul-2014
Passport Sent: 20-Jul-2014
Passport Received by CEM: 21-Jul-2014
In Process: 28-Jul-2014
DM : 07-Aug-2014
Visa Issued: 05-Aug-2014
Visa On Hand: 19-Aug-2014
(Target) Landed: 3rd or 4th weekend of September (after my sister's bday)

To sum it up, from the time of SA to until Visa Issued, it took only (exactly) 6 months (Feb 5 - Aug 5, 2014)...

As I've always said, CIC / CEM is really expediting the processing as compared to the 14-16 months processing time declared in the website.

Like the slogan of my previous company... "Underpromised... Overdelivered"
This is something to keep us inspired and be more patient on waiting... kumbaga maaga nila tayong binibigyan ng gift / bonus

I agree trewmenn! Hehe, cguro naka ilang trials ako mgfill up ng forms, almost mg 1 year preparation, reading CIC, forums, hindi naman lagi, paminsan kapag d busy sa work ko pinag aaralan. tapos ilang beses ko talaga binabasa at sinusubukan e answer ung questions then i thought tama na tapos kapag binasa ulit ung guidelines ng CIC may mali kaya ulit na naman, hehe, hirap kapag ngsstart pa lang.

May situation ba dito na pinasa ang mga old passport page with stamps? Kasi kami ni hubby every year nag tra travel kami..nung 2012 nag renew ako nag passport pagka March 2014 nag renew naman gamit ko apelyido ni hubby... Kasi doon sa questionaire dba may question doon if nag travel together.. e send ang ticket, passport stamps pra proof na nag travel together..ang case q kasi passport stamps lang ung scan ko hindi ko sinali ung front page sa Old passport ko...Iba2x ung passport number.. Hndi kaya ako questionen nun? dami passport number. Yung latest na biopage lang na passport q na send ko... the rest copy lang sa pages na may stamps. Worried kasi ako bka ma deny ako dahil don.

need q dn po kc nun kc i work sa iba country ilan bses and long vcation dn po.
