May question lang po ako dun sa SPONSORSHIP QUESTIONNAIRE . Yung number 12 question po na Are you living with someone? Di ko po kasi sure kng YES or NO ang isasagot ko. Live-in caregiver po kasi ko so kasama ko un employer and mga kids nila sa bahay. Pero im renting their basement so YEs po ba ang isasagot ko? Baka kasi sabihin naman ng VO dko kaya bgyan ng shelter un spouse ko pag dating dito since sa employer ko pa rin ako nakatira. Or ang isagot ko na lang NO? Kasi parang tenant naman nila ko since i am paying rent?

Any thoughts? Sana pi may sumagot thanks ng madame

Gusto ko lang e share yung timeline ko.im january applicant and i got my passport with visa today.september 11 po ang flight namin ng anak ko.just so happy today.and im really thankful with this forum kasi sobrang support ng mga tao dito.thankyou all and goodluck everyone.

It takes 12 days po after dm bago po nagbalik passport ko.peru nakalagay sa passport aug.4,2014 binigay.

good evening forum mates...
i'd like to share the super good news... this marks the end of of our waiting

the courier have contacted me today afternoon (19-Aug-2014) so i could pick up my passport with stamped visa, COPR, pictures, and other forms that we submitted previously.

Sakto na lumuwas ako para sa mga personal errands kaya nang maka-receive ako ng SMS, nagpahintay ako sa kanila (kahit til 5 pm lang sila, very accommodating naman na nahintay nila ako. Unserviceable kasi area namin kaya hindi sila nagdedeliver sa amin, kailangan talagang pick up). 5:45pm na ako nakarating kasi rush hour na bago pa ako nakabalik pero ni-release pa rin nila sa akin. (walang bakas ng pagkainip sa mukha ni Manong Guard, as in expected na nila ako .

So here's my updated timeline:

PPR : 08-Jul-2014
Passport Sent: 20-Jul-2014
Passport Received by CEM: 21-Jul-2014
In Process: 28-Jul-2014
DM : 07-Aug-2014
Visa Issued: 05-Aug-2014
Visa On Hand: 19-Aug-2014
(Target) Landed: 3rd or 4th weekend of September (after my sister's bday)

To sum it up, from the time of SA to until Visa Issued, it took only (exactly) 6 months (Feb 5 - Aug 5, 2014)...

As I've always said, CIC / CEM is really expediting the processing as compared to the 14-16 months processing time declared in the website.

Like the slogan of my previous company... "Underpromised... Overdelivered"
This is something to keep us inspired and be more patient on waiting... kumbaga maaga nila tayong binibigyan ng gift / bonus

Thank you so much everyone esp to those who are always there to keep us inspired and answer our inquiries (special mention to Trewmenn, Guelph, Akosimak, Janelle, Nancy Jones, Blooming, et al... and to those that are not mentioned...you know who you are).

may nakalagay jan na Working on applications received on *DATE* If yan yung date na nag file kayo ibig sabihin makakareceive kau ng email within that week. once a week lang sila nag a update ng date.

May na rerefuse, walang work at di nag sulat ng explanation about it and willingness to find a job o kaya ay umaasa sa social welfare ng canada.

Both people are notified. If you both included your email addresses in the application, they will email both of you. Both my wife and I received the passport request email.

Un upfront medical po ba san po pde gawin? Ayaw kasi tumanggap ng IOM pag walang med request e. Sa mga nag pa upfront medical dito sa forum pa share naman po ng experiences ninyo kng pano ninyo nagawa.

based on what we did. we printed the appendix c from cic website, filled it out saka kme tumwag sa IOM to schedule an appointment give it to them. gnun gnwa namen.
