though when i checked it around morning and lunch ng saturday IN process pren xa.
mg 7pm q nren nkita nag dm weird nga ehh

Good morning po. ask ko lang kung sinoo dito ang may dependent child na kelangan ng immunization certificate?
yung may nakasama sa CPR.. yung pedia nya magfifill up nun and sign then cno magcecertified? kindly help po.. thanks. anyone po na may ganitong situation.?
