hello forum mates may tanong po ako...sa mga andito na sa canada na maiden name parin gamit sa passport,ano po ba ilalagay ko sa medical na form for new immigrants ung MSP na form...pwede ko ba lagay sa legal surname eh ung sa hubby ko na? kahit ang passport ko eh surname ko padin please help me tnx

Hi, congrats.. natanong yan before.. just present marriage certificate, pwede yan sa SIN, Credit card, bank accounts. TAX di ko pa alam.

tapos pinapapasa ako ng birth cert, cenomar, nbi clearance at kung ano2 pa. eh mapapasa ko sya ng mga 3rd week of 4th week ng
august. sa tingin nyo po, type a dependent pa din ba ako?. Thanks po.

i know...upfront din medical ko pero nareceive nila med results ko last aug 1, 2014..u?

Not sure of the specific date but when I first checked my ECAS last march 2014, medical results received na naka indicate.

ganito kasi ang ruling.... kapag nadeclare ka na nila before na implement yung batas... pasok ka na.. kapag dineclare ka na after ng batas, di ka na kasali..kaya wag ka na magworry dyan..

when will he go to CEM??? from the day he got DM it took 3 weeks for his Visa..congrats
