If u have a citiZen sponsor,PDOS is optional if u want, But for PR sponsors a must ung PDOs co
What u need to have is the sticker that CfO will give u after..correct me

Na-confuse nga po ako kung alin ang dapat ko attend. He's in currently in Canada due to work. So if he has to attend any seminar or Counselling we have to plan he's trip to Philippines.
Kc medyo confuse ako kung I have to PDOS and/or Guidance Counselling with him.
Ako naman po kc, work in Singapore so I also need to plan kung kalian ako uuwi. Kung need nya mag attend, might as well sabay na lang kami.

no. what i mean was if you are the spouse or partner of a foreign national or a former filipino citizen you should attend the guidance and counselling.please don't get confused. only those people who are being sponsored are the ones that needs to attend the CFO seminars
