Hi...pls help me on my case. Im a Filipina now married to Canadian Sept of last yr. I have two kids with my previous relationship, theyre 10 and 8 yrs old now. My x and i didnt get married at that time. My kids are using my last name not his. I have a solo parent id to prove that I havent received financial support from him for a long time. But he acknowledged my kids and signed their BC. He got married April of last yr. The immigration sent me an email stating that I need my x to sign the IMM5604. But he wont cooperate. I went to DSWD and discussed this matter. Philippine is giving me all the right towards my kids since im a solo parent and they are using my lastname when I was single. What other options should i try to win this case? Coz theres no way in hell that he is going to sign the form. Pls anyone knows what is best to do...pls i need help for I am only given few days to submit the form back to them..thank u

Try mo hingi advice sa lawyer...or hingi k letter sa dswd

Expired na medical ng hubby ko nung july 10. "In process" na app nya sa ecas. Pwede po ba magpa-remed kahit walang letter ang embassy? Nag PPR na siya nung May 8, 2014 at sinend nya nung May 16. Para just in case mag request cla, ready na. Thanks po.

Antaying ung email ng embassy may form kasi na kalakip for medical instruction. Then wait lang ng konti sis may case then kasi na extended ung medical.

I just want to share the good news that I received a while ago. I just received a call from CEM around 11:55AM that my application will be finalized to day and they confirmed if I could land in Canada before August 23 because that's the expiration of my medical. And, with no second thoughts, I said Yes I can land before that day. So, she asked me to pick it up on Monday. My ECAS is still in In Process stage. Finally, the wait is over. I owe it to all of you because you help me on my inquiries every time I confused. Praise the Lord. May all of you who waits will be able to get your visas soon.

Gusto ko sana po mgtanung kasi ngemail sakin ung agency n pingpasa ko po ng papers para sa family sponsorship ko po nasa canada ang asawa ko PR n po sya dun kinukuha nya po ako, naipasa n po sa canada ung papers ko tpos pagkalipas ng 6 months ngemail ang agency po n for visa stamping n ko at pinapapasa n po ng embassy ang passport ko emmidiately daw kasi may expiration po ang visa, tpos bgla tumwag ang agency po para sabhn n kailangan ko muna kumuha ng japan police clearance dahil ngpunta aq dun clearance kailangan maipasa within 45 days lng, nung ngpunta ako cnbe sakin n d pede irush ang police clearance at mkukuha ito ng 2-3 months daw anu ang mgnda gawin kaya po dun? Sabe kasi mababalewala ang pagpasa ko ng application ko kpg d naipasa agad.. Saka pagkatpos po b n maipasa ang police clearance anu po ang next n gagawin na? Nkpagmedical n dn po kasi ako.. Salamt po
