RE-ASSESSMENT OF A MEDICAL FILE FOR A NEW MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
Dear Applicant:
In order to have a re-assessment of your medical, we will require the following:
1. Has the health status of this applicant changed since the last immigration medical exam?
2. Has the client been in close contact with someone with active pulmonary tuberculosis since the last exam?
3. CHEST X-RAY (film/ CD and report)
NOTE TO THE PANEL PHYSICIAN: Please ensure that the first two questions are answered.
Please return to the Panel Physician who performed your immigration medical examination or to another eMedical enabled Panel Physician (http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx). The Panel Physician will arrange for the additional medical tests to be carried out and will forward the results directly to this office. The PP must ensure that this letter and the results are sent to this office via eMEDICAL.
Once we have completed our medical re-assessment we will transmit our decision to the appropriate Immigration Office.
If the additional medical information is not received within 30 calendar days, your file will be assessed based on the information available, which may result in a refusal of your application.

Hi! I want to ask regarding our application for sponsorship of spouse and dependent child. Here is our timeline:

June 10,2013 - approved to sponsor (decision made)
May 21, 2013 - medical received ; received application for permanent resident manila office
December 13, 2013 - the embassy ask for our passports and other docs
December 18, 2013 - embassy received our passports and docs needed

When we checked at e-cas 'application received' still no update we tried to send email to inquire because our medical is expiring/ expired already but still no reply. Does this mean that we will have our medical repeat? Next month is our 14th month isn't its wriiten there that the processing time is 14 months? Does this mean our visa is coming until next month? I badly need help

Hello newbie lang po ako dito next week po kasi magpapasa na po ang asawa ko ng application namin.. Tanong lang po magkano po ba dapat ang sahod ng asawa ko para po maging eligible po siya na mag sponsor. Kasi nagdadalawang isip po siya kung isasama niya po yung mga payslip niya sa application nmin. Sana po my mkasagot po sa akin maraming salamat po....

hello, in my case, Hindi na namin nilagay yung mother's maiden name as middle name niya kasi wala naman daw siyang any document na nagsasabing middle name niya yun and besides, hindi uso sa kanila yun. so far, wala namang naging problem (thank God)...tinanggap sa lcr and nso...

basta may trabaho.. may income... at may pinagkukuhanan ng income .... walang minimum... kahit kakawork mo lang.. basta magexplain ka lang na kakawork mo lang...

i don't think so. for one, sa Sponsorship, CIC has black and white criteria para ma approval ng application. two, if u enclosed the birth cert of ur husband they will see that the maiden name u put is in fact the maiden name of his mom. three, sa PR stage, hindi naman xa yng bibigyan ng visa at lilipad kundi ikaw, so its okay na may kaunting mali doon sa pag-fill out. fourth, it was an honest mistake, so dont worry, u can always explain.

tanong lang, doon sa question (Sponsor), something like have u use other names, nilagay mo rin ba doon yng maiden name niya?

ako naman ganito yng case ko, sa marriage contract, yong 3 names (complete birth name) ng husband ko nilagay ko, pero sa passport niya yng 1st name lng ang ginagamit niya (like majority of Canadians do), pero doon sa Sponsorship question asking if he is using other names, I put his complete name kc yon ang ni reflect ko sa marriage contract. wala naman akong na encounter na problem sa Sponsorship stage.

eto number nila diba 63(2)-857-9000, 857-9001. Si husband ko ang tatawag on Monday, syempre give nya yung UCI or Application number para ma-trace application namin kung ano na status. Kapapasa ko lang nung June 30 nang proofs na ask nila, pero syempre iba pa rin na si sponsor mismo ang magpadala. I sent you a pm.

forumates,nagremed kasi ako kanina..ang sabi sakin wala naman daw problema sa medical ko at kung meron man tatawagan nila ako....at ipapasa nila ang result after 4 weeks...di ba kung ang problema ay regarding sa findings,sasabihin naman nila agad para magamot agad di ba..hindi yong mag wewait pa ng ilang days para sabihin na may problema..Nong nagtanong kasi ako tungkol sa mga laboratory result ko sabi nila okay naman daw,blood test at urine... magwait nalang daw ako ng confirmation from the embassy...

your spouse should include all his pay stub on your application(12months preceding the mailing of your application) for example, if you are going to send it next month, it will be from july 2013 - july 2014. it will help too if he can get an employment letter where he work. also, he need to provide an Option C print out of his last Notice of Assessment for the most recent taxation. it's a document that summarizes the income and deductions for a particular taxation year.
