Hello po. Patulong naman po, sa mga married po dito sa Canadian National, ano po nilagay nyo na middle name ng asawa nyo sa Marriage Certificate? Nung nagapply po kasi kami for marriage license, I was told na ang ilagay daw po namin pareho eh yung maiden surname ng mother namin. So pati yung asawa ko, kahit aware kami na hindi naman uso sa kanila yun, nilagay nya maiden name ng mother nya. Magkakaproblema po ba kami sa application namin?

hello forumates....sa mga nagremed po sa st lukes extension clinic..pano po nyo nalaman or pano po malalaman kung ang result ay naforward na sa embassy?... kasi ang ECAS ko ay medical received,simula pa ng mabuksan ko ang ECAS then nagremed po ako..so ang medical received sa ECAs will be constant...so hindi ko po malalaman kung ang meds result ko ay naforward na sa embassy...

Ang alam ko pwede ka mag ask sa clinic mismo kung na update na nila sa embassy.

Katatapos lang ng remed ko today (ang lamig sa baguio and foggy)...
Sa mga nagremed na, reassessment letter ba pinadala sa inyo ng cem? Ganun kc sakin at x-ray at interview sa doctor lang ang ginawa... how many months nyan before visa? Gano katagal validity?

nagaalala kasi ako kasi tinawagan ako ng MPs office dito sabi pinadala na daw ng visa office yung passport ng misis ko nung june 30 tapos tumawag ako sa lbc at dhl wala daw silang record ng pangalan ng asawa ko.
