Yes po. Nakalagay don sa letter na sila na proprocess . Under ako ng mama ko nasa canada cya. Dumating papers sabi need nung im0008 ,additional fam background at ung fam info ata. Tapos need ng updated nbi namin ng papa ko at cenomar plus medical.

I have a question. 3 of my kids are accompanying me to Canada. They're age range are 16, 15, and 11. My question is... should they be the ones to sign their Appendix A or should I be the one to sign on their behalf?

2nd question... yung family members... limited ba yon sa akin lamg and may kids or should I include that of my mom's and sister? Though, the latter (mom and sister) are not included in my application.

Hello! Yung son ko who is 13... siya pumirma ng Appendix A niya.

yung sa family members naman po... ang alam ko hindi na kasama ang mother/ sister kasi technically pag sinabing family po yun po spouse and children po yun.

Urn pendant, Drewday. Pina crimate kasi si daddy so I got a bit from his ashes and placed it sa pendant so he can still be with me.

thank you bro............bro wala po ako additional docs. request , medyo hawig email natin bro only , may note yung sakin na medical validity ko ay till June 28 , Appendix A lang hingi nila sakin at with in 45 days submission ko
