Thanks a lot SAMANTALA, akala ko included ang siblings at parents ko . Confused kasi talaga ako sa mga question. Mabuti nalang may forum . If you dont mind i have few more question. I'm still using my old names yun kasi ang nasa passport ko and other valid id's . first- Under GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA about personal details Q#2.a)have you ever used other name(e.g. nickname, maiden name,alias,etc?)b)If you answered ''yes''to question 2a),pls provide the name (e.g. nickname,maiden name ,alias,etc.) Since old name parin ang gamit ko , pwedi ba itong maiden name ko din? second- under ADDITIONAL DEPENDANTS/DECLARATION FORM , para sa applicant ba ito na form? Q#11 a)Relationship to principal applicant? EDUCATION/OCCOPATION DETAIL 4 Intended occupation, ano po ba ibig sabihin nito? The forms are always asking for GIVEN NAMES AND FAMILY NAMES what about our middle name or surname?

Guys don sa mga naghihintay pa ng In-process na may passport request na, have your recently requested for GCMS? May mga notes na ba na nakalagay sa bandang huli ng file na nareceive nyo (like initial review comments)?

Goodafternoon guys! I just wanna share the good news i got when i woke up. Husband got an e-mail from CEM requesting his Passport and Appendix A. Sobrang surprise kame kase june or july pa namen ineexpect kase I'm october applicant po,pero God is really good. I'm so happy as well as my hubby. Sana dere deretso na po and sana walang problema.. Sana po dumating n din yun sa inyo. and yung mga nghihintay ng VISA sana dumating n din po. ;D :-*
