Hi, gennie_M. Best wishes to you and your hubby! Your wedding date (Jan.3) caught my eye, kc wedding date ko din yan (2013).

Dahil ka wedding date kita, I hope this helps:
1. Nope. Not unless you have children/dependent. I've read cases wherein the sponsor has no work or is a student yet has been accepted to sponsor. But, if your sponsor has work, then you can include employment cert. TIP: If sponsor has no work, explain in writing how your spouse/sponsor will able to support you in Canada and where you will stay.
2. No. Normally, you only notarize a document if it's a sworn statement or a certified copy of certain document.
3. As long as wala kang nakakahawang sakit or would require excessive health services in Canada, you should be fine. Hindi naman sila sobrang strict sa medical ng Family Class. I've read worse cases but still got their visas.
4. Chat logs would do, but include other proofs, if meron pa.
5. Just explain in writing and sign it. Back it up with a proof that u live with ur parents so that would explain why ur bill is under ur father's name.
