hindi naman ganun ka strict as long na yung luggage mo ay standard size alam naman yun na binilhan mo.

hi ellimac. kun PAL, maluwang sila sa luggages. kun may connecting flight ka, mahigpit.
just abide with the luggage dimensions, and you'll be fine. bout sa handle, nakababa ang susukatin nila.
