This is very disturbing. Did you have a big fight previously that made your husband/partner threatened you to withdraw the application? For me, it seems like it was withdrawn by your husband/partner, and probably after you patched things up, your husband/partner hurriedly informed CEM but it was too late, the decision was already made. Pero haka-haka lamang ito at wari ko lang. Be strong. Your husband must go to CEM and inquire. Good luck!

Email or call mo na ang embassy, JuanDC. Malay mo bilisan pa nila processing ng papers mo since pa-expire na medical mo. May mga nabasa ako na nagpare-med pro meron ding hindi na. So might as well na ikaw na mag-initiate
