Hi magtatanong lang ako ng procedure how to sponsor my partner. PR card holder na ako since 2012 pero kakabalik ko lang dito sa Vancouver, BC last October 2013. Meron na rin akong regular and full time job sa financial institution for the past 4 months. Ano ba yung procedure na dapat ko gawin to sponsor my partner? Nasa dubai sya ngayon and we have been together since May 2009 and we have been living together since then.

I can definitely give you some advices pero alam mo naman na every situation is a case to case basis. First question, sabi mo for good ka na just recently sa BC, ano na ang status mo dito sa Canada? That plays a big part sa conjugal sponsorship na a-apply-an mo to get your partner, then kailangan mo ng maraming "proofs" about your relationship with her, if you want send me a personal email thru this forum para hindi tayo dito sa thread nagchi-chikahan, in that way I can give you more in depth description of what my partner and I went through regarding this process. I will wait for your email, btw for now you can print out all the requirements from the cic website para makita mo na ang ibang kailangan nyo for this application. All the best to both of you, my partner is currently enjoying this ridiculous weather here in Calgary, major adjustments talaga pero we are both glad and thankful na finally magkasama na kami.

I was reading this post and being a PR holder may chance ka na to sponsor her, pwede na kayo sa common-law application kasi kami ng partner ko she was in KSA and nandito ako kaya as in LDR kami kaya conjugal ang ginawa kong application, as what I've said, send me an email, who knows may chance na magkita tayo sa Vancouver kasi we will be there this month, talking in person is much way better than this....just a mere suggestion lang naman....

Correct, MAY and June are getting PPR's now.

Hello sis ikaw b sporsor or applicant?? Ung CSQ ko kc pindala lahat ng asawa ko s akin lahat original copies then antay ko nlang PPR ko tas ipasa ko n mga addional docs together with my CSQ... What month ka applicant sis???

Depende pla sis kung ask p ng embassy ng copy kc finorward n ng quebec s CIC...

meron kabatch ko sa application.. Pinoy na Canadian Citizen... nandito sya sa Pinas ng 3 years then noong Nov 2013 umalis bumalik siya ng Canada,, nag-apply ng PR for her wife... ng November 2013m kahit wala pa work, nagpasa lang ng explanation letter ang sabi maghahanap pa lang siya ng work.. Ayun sponsor's approval ng Dec 2013. EXPLAIN mo bakit ka walng work at kung may balak ka pang magwork sa CIC.

Its about the honeymoon question. What exactly do they considered a "Honeymoon"?

Situation: When my husband was here he stayed the whole time at my residence. so basically we were together 24/7. then before the wedding we decided to have our honeymoon on an earlier date since he was leaving 3 days after the wedding. So we went out of town for 1 day only since we need to get back to continue organizing our wedding.

Question: Is that considered as a Honeymoon? Or it has to be after the wedding itself. Thanks!


PS: Should i put No and explain on the box that we stayed together all throughout his stay here?
