Korek ka dyan. Ang hirap ng mag kalayo, lalo na pag may baby kayo. Wala dn naman tayo magawa kung di sumunod sa gusto nila at mag intay.

I gave birth without my hubby here kasi pumunta sya sa Canada to find a job before we can start the whole sponsoring process since initially dito kami based bago kami nagdecide we wanted to permanently live in Canada as a family. So they only met when our son was 6 months old na and 1 month vacation lang ang nakuha ni hubby kaya 1 month pa lang sila totoong nagkasama. Our son is 1 year old na and yun first born namin kept on asking where's her dad ... tsk tsk tsk...

Same tayo sis, sakin naman yung baby ko 2years old. Last na uwi ng Dad nya nung nag 1year sya. Pag umabot pa ulet ng 3rd bday nya dito pa kami 2years na sila di nag kikita. Ang hirap talaga

Haha! Akala ko mag dm kami today hoping lang sis kasi 1st year anniversary namin ng asawa ko baka pagbukas sa ecas decision made na, hindi pa rin pala haha! (Anniversary gift man lang nila) hehe

I don't think you're allowed to do that because from what I know, you can only have 1 application in process. Now, if you applied for visitor visa first & got approval, THEN applied for spousal sponsorship then that is plausible.

I know someone here sa forum nag apply ng visit visa while under spousal application and na grant sya ng visa to visit asawa nya sa Canada..andun parin sya until now nag ppr na nga eh..May applicant din sya c einahpets

Hi O I was talking in general ... not specific to Manila thread sorry ... was talking in general but then again chances are 50/50 so we really wouldn't know ... depends on VO ... sorry for the confusion

NewbieMay, the entire process took only 7 months for you? Applied May 2 and recieved it on Dec 1. That is the fastest I heard. Any idea why it was so fast for you?

hi O_guy! im not sure actually, maybe i'm from visayas? and CEM might have expedited visayas applicant because of yolanda? im not sure! but i never emailed CEM of followed up my application. I never saw my ecas status change to application received to in process, when i checked it DM kaagad.

So basically all of those requirements we included on our application you need to bring for PDO's? Will they return the once that we sent them in the beginning?

the only thing that was returned to me is my passport with my visa, and the pics that i sent.
