up to now naman mabilis sis medyo hindi nga lang tyo napasama sa mga yun.....kami nga sis nag second wedding anniv na.. tapos mag isa ako ng xmas at new year..hidni na ko makauwi kasi super hirap na din ng single income... ngayon nabanggit mo pa ang valentines.. na sad na naman tuloy me

tama ka depression na ang word...sa isip isip ko nga eh panu kaya kung maloka na ako sa tagal tapos mapa TV , macall yung attention nila, my magbago kaya?

sa libo libong applicants naisip ko tuloy kung ilan ba silang nagwowork dun sa loob. Canadian kaya yung mga yun? NI hindi man lang sila ata mapaprusahan sa ginagawa nila satin kasi powerful sila. So feeling ko tuloy ala silang pakealam..

Despite what they say, I don't believe for one second that the applications are processed in the order they are received. Why else would some applications be 6 or 7 months ahead of mine? I think they are so disorganized, so inefficient and so overwhelmed that some applications get forgotten or thrown on the bottom of the pile. Mine only started to move after I had to point out to them that my wife's medicals had expired. (I also don't understand why some medicals are extended and others have to have them done again - for us at at a cost of $300). I'm heading to see my MP on Tuesday to light another fire under their butts otherwise it might sit on someone's desk for another 2 or 3 months.............

I agree!! Mine too.. my sponsorship application was pending in the visa office for many months. Havent heard from them. I kept emailing because that time I was concerned that my husband's medicals will expire. Did not even get a response from them. So disappointing. They ended up asking him to redo his medicals after his PPR, which costs money again. They are very disorganized, untimely, and I feel that they d0n't really care. :<

I think there's no limit sis, kasi asawa ko naka visit sa amin ng 2 times after namin mag submit ng application last May.. btw, citizen xa..

from what i know there is no limit.. when my application was being processed my husband stayed even for 3 months sa pinas, then even i had my interview he was also present.. so its okay

Thanks sis! ;D Gumaan ang loob ko, kase he want me to visit every 6 months, magandang additional proofs din yan, kaya every visit nya lahat tinatabi ko, mga resibo, pictures, cards, pero di kami gala sa malalayong lugar, may edad na kase sya, tama lang sa hotel na lang at lakad sa baywalk, hehehe!!!

HI i was suggesting that you should go to the embassy, just let them know that you have an appointment even if its not...just find out about your visa...sometimes there is a accident that they miss place the papers...so if i were you. go to the embassy and find it out

Salamat sa mga nakisimpatya.... medyo nakakgaan din na hindi pala ako nag iisa at my mas matagal pa. lahat kasi ng nasa paligid ko lalo na yung kasabay ko na nag submit nun June 2012 na friend ko nandito na yung asawa nya nun Jan 2013 so 7 mos lang sa kanya...

MLA office told me na visa office doesn't like it if you keep on bugging them with email kasi daw hinuhugot yung papers mo then pag wala cguro silang magagawa eh ibabalik nila sa bottom of the file again.

Maybe I can try to MP again but you know what according to the immigration consultant that i have talked to maling MP at MLA daw yung pinuntahan ko kaso hidni daw kaalyado ng ng party list ng mga nakaupo ngayon yung mga nilapitan ko...have you ever heard of this before? Haym ewan ko sari sari ng kwento at dahilan at explanation and narereciv ko sa totoo lng. Ang sabi ko nga dun sa immigration consultant bakit hidni na lang nila ibalik yung application ko if i screwed up big time like what he is saying to me. ANg sabi nya it takes moe work for the visa officer or immigration officer daw to return our application than keep it for a long time...SAbi ko nga they don't understand the frustration that we are experiencing, yung lost time, saka imbis na kapag start na ng buhay together.. Nasan na yung Family reunification nila? Bakit merong mabilis at merong sobrang tagal? ANg iniisip ko lang if we really screwed up big time dun sa mga application form natin bakit naman tyo ipupunished ng ganito. ganun ba talaga kasi super powerful sila?

sis hindi lang ikaw ang super tagal na kahit ako waiting parin nakakapagod na buti na lang nga every 6 month kung umuwi asawa ko.pero alam mo nitong december umuwi siya pero sobrang nalungkot yng anak ko 4 yrs old boy pagkahatid namin sa daddy niya sobra siyang nalungkot at umiyak siya nang sobra humahabol sa daddy niya sobra talaga akong nasaktankasi magkakalayo nanaman kami araw araw sinasabi nang anak ko pumunta na daw kami canada at tawagan ko embassy para makaalis na kmi.isipin mo 4 yrs old kids sinasabi niya yon. hindi na sila naawa sa pamilya malayo sa mga mahal nila sa buhay.

hi guys, just to make sue lang po, ask ko lang,,, kung nag-sponso ka sa family mo., same ba UCI or magkaiba kayo???? kc just makes me confuse, i got my son's CPR and just Status" yun talaga UCI # nya. So magkaiba pala??? lol thanks!
