Hello there to all!

I just want to ask, once you sent the application to CIC, how many times can the sponsor visit his sponsored person here in the Philippines? Is there a limit? Because if I got the visa, we want to be together coming to Canada, or he will fetch me here! Just wondering! I hope can anyone answer my question. ;D

I think there's no limit sis, kasi asawa ko naka visit sa amin ng 2 times after namin mag submit ng application last May.. btw, citizen xa..

from what i know there is no limit.. when my application was being processed my husband stayed even for 3 months sa pinas, then even i had my interview he was also present.. so its okay

Im still waiting pa kasi sa visa ng hubby ko. The Visa office got his passport in May 2013. Until now i haven't heard anything yet. Me expire na ulit and meds nya ng april. june 2012 ko pa pinasa yung application..
Normal lang ba ng ma hold nila yung passposrt for that long?

Wow, may mas matagal pa pala sa application namin...Why don't you send them an e-mail, sis. Kc sobrang tagal na yan. Ung sa amin nasa 14th month na rin actually. Kinulit ko sila ng e-mail nung Nov kaya nag send sila ng re-medical request, pero wala na ulit after that kaya nag-email na ulit ako sometime last week.

nag seek na ko ng help sa MLA office, sa MP office pero wala pa rin....i didn't think that the application could last this long. I consulted an immigration consultant... ang sabi nya dami ko daw blanks sa application. pero and sabi ko naman bakit hiningi na nila yung passport kung ipepending lang ng ganun katagal. SAna nga binalik na lang sakin yung application and i could have started from scratch kasi yung mga kakilala ko this March lang nag submit nandito na mga asawa nila. inabutan pa ng strike yun ah...


kakasend ko lang rin ng email yesterday. kasi according to the immigration consultant i need to create a letter daw explaining further yung mg anamiss ko na dates....it doesn't make sense to me na isend yung letter dahil i do not think na it will do anything pero kesa naman sa wala akong gawin..

I feel sorry for u sis..nkaka frustrate namn yan..
But the way I understand CeM they really ask for ur passport to start processing your application kse once u got ur SA, I dont think they start processing ur aps until they ask for the passport kya dun lang nkkita kng ano mga kulang nten..try contacting ur MP again and seek help..u have all the rights coz its more than the processing time already
