I am happy to know that once it was sent back to them right away it was SA, super bilis! I envy you! hehhehe! ;D We got problem kase, he needs to gather his papers that says his Divorce, because it was like he just got divorce from his ex-wife this year. Kaya hay naku, super waiting na naman application namin...

The document has something to do with his tax chuchu. Haha. So ano pala status ng application nyo as of now? so yun lang ang kulang para tumakbo yung application? Naku super thank you dasal nga ako kay Lord kasi ineexpect ko talaga, January pa magccommence yung assesment nya.. tapos ngayon file transfer na.. yaan mo, madaming dasal lang ang kailangan dyan.

Newbie lang ako dito sa forum! ask ko naman, ganito kase case namin,umuwi ako last october para magcivil kami ni bf.and yun witnesses friends lang nmin..sinekret lang muna nmin pra laang maexpidite na papers nia pero we will be having our church nxt yr (jul 2014).. Bka lang my same case kami dito..don sa forms kase explain mo sino attendees sa ceremony and yun nga friends ko lang..ano ba mganda? Idisclose na kmi lang nkakaalam since legal age naman na?? Tia

I agree with rantravenx. dapat accurate lahat ng nakasulat even though nagpa secret marriage kayo. mas maganda na rin yun para pag pinagtagpi-tagpi yung story, nagjjive lahat. be specific with what you write kahit medyo lengthy. pati nga letter ko sa visa officer medyo nahabaan ko kasi I dont wanna miss out on any detail that will support our application..

My wife's certificate of permanent residence has her complete name white her Visa is missing a letter on one of her names.

Is this OK or would she need to get this fixed by the embassy?

Guys morning pahelp nmn oh.. d ako mkakakuha ng police clearance from china ano ggwin ko?????? ito email ng friend ko s akin,, just received today....

Wella, i went to the local police station where you registered your temporary residence but they don't give me the clearance. They asked me to show your passports I explained your situation and said they couldn't issue you a clearance because you were no longer a temporary resident and they don't have the record. They insisted they couldn't help me. I argued told them they will just give me the local police clearance to give to PSB and i even asked if you will come back here would they give you a clearance. They said yes but only the time you last arrived not the previous years ago. I'm sorry.

Hello YYS,

Travel documents are very important especially the name and its details mainly to present over to the immigration officers. I would suggest to forward the correction to the CEM via mail or email for the safety travel purposes.

Correct! It's better na lengthy din kasi it'll be detailed. Kesa sinummarize mo para lang umiksi. Maraming loop holes makikita. Yung amin nga 3 pages ang explanation ng asawa ko at font size 11 times new romans hahaha!!! tapos ung sa spouse questionnaire ba yun? Lahat ng sagot namin may separate page kasi super dinetalye namin para wala nang tanong tanong. Kaya ayun ang daming separate sheet of papaers na naka attach tuloy. Ok lng namn un basta klaro ang lahat.

I believe you need to inform them at once. It's ok to get delayed for a few more weeks rather than get into trouble because of it.

Usually CEM will notify you and your sponsor through email. There will be a note concerning your application and an attachments for you to download. It consist your notifications and instruction to comply their request, that includes your passport. If you haven't received any information from them in your email, try checking your SPAM. If not, do notify them through email concerning your applications.

Wala bng request letter ang embassy n binigay sau pra makakuha k ng police clearance sa china? Anyway, one thing y can do is go sa website ng cic i-search mo don on how to avail PC in specific country, kc ganun ang ginawa ko nung ng-apply ako ng PR ko.

pumunta n ako s website nila. tapos pwede nga mkisuyo dun s friend s china on my behalf, kaso yung prob, ayaw nila mag issue kase nga daw mtgal n ako ala s china. hirap din kase mg explain dun kase nga d sila mrunong mag english.. yun ang mhirap nhihirapn yung friend mkipg usap s knila. pumnta n sxa ng puclic notary to notarize my docs kaso gnon p din yung sbi need p daw pumunta ng PSB tapos ang ending ala, knina lng nag email yung friend ko n she cant help me... d rin ako mkpunta dun s china kase naipsa ko n pp ko.. hayyy kaloka ito...
