Oo nga kahit naman sana 3 goodnews lang a week okay na atleast nakakabawas sila sa mga trabaho at nakakapag pasaya pa sila...pero bakit wala? Isa lang ba kaya nila trabahuhin sa loob ng isang linggo? Nag strike sila nag demand..sana naman ayusin at bilisan nila trabaho!!!

Correct ko lang po ha..even if u r a permanent res u can still go home to Phils as long as its not more than 2mos.

Yeah, pero yung nagtanong kasi parang gusto nyang sa pinas muna habang pinaprocess ang application, which I believe hindi pwede.

can anyone suggest a good or reliable agency who's willing to help me answer the forms? any idea how much it would cost? I'm finished gathering my documents, data and evidences. I'm just having a hard time answering the forms especially about stating my relationship stories. It scares me that I have a possible red flags (short courtship quick marriage) and I don't wanna go to an interview.

I had a short courtship and quick marriage and my wife wasn't even called for an interview. Lot's of pictures, letters, an additional trip after the wedding and proof of financial support seemed to satisfy them.

Included in the package:
Wedding pictures and pics from my trip after the wedding
Western Union receipts
Letters from my family, coworkers, my wife's family and friends
Skype logs, over 1000 pages
Facebook posts and comments
Gave my wife a credit card under my account, included statements and photocopy
I wrote a 4 page letter explaining the 'evolution' of our relationship and basically everything we did together, how often we communicated (daily), etc.

If you have lots of proof the short courtship shouldn't really matter.

Yes, we submitted about a month and a half after getting married.
