That's the thing I don't have AOR yet. I only have receipt number. I emailed CIC already, we will just have to wait for their reply. 29 days already no AOR since they received it via courier address

You can't check your status on the net as CIC has not put your files in the system yet. Just wait until you get an email or letter from CIC. I don't think you have anything to be concerned of at this stage of your application, so just relax and good luck!

sponsor UCI# is in AOR/SA letter, while principal applicant's UCI can be found on AOR from CEM in which mostly sa PPR na re-reciv

how about this sis? we dont get anything from them when we submit our apps...as in nothing... so nag experiment ako, i asked my hubby if he has UCI# then he gave me this thing 0000-0000 its on his PRcard then i put it in ECAS as his UCI then i input his info there...and that it... it shows my status ;) ;)

I am not a PR card holder anymore. So the only way to get UCI# is to wait it out i guess. I emailed CIC already. hopefully tomorrow they will reply.

yes you are right sis, 1st stage is for the sponsor, since he already applied in CIC before kaya may file na sya sa kanila..but if ever canadian citizen ang sponsor and never pa nakapag file sa immigration, sa AOR/SA letter n niya makukuha yun..

Because at that time you checked the status they have already inputted your file in the system.

I am not sure i was 12 when we immigrated here. got citizen at 15 years old, I will have to ask my mom for that. But i think it's for me just to wait 1-2 more weeks.

yes if you can't find any information about your UCI, have to wait for your AOR/SA letter..and if its over the standard processing time for you, tawagan mo call center nila, kasi baka nagkamali na naman sila sa email address mo..like nagyari sa amin at sa ibang applicants
