just got my son's visa,,, now i have to change plan :-( there is a note there that he is inactive tb and have to get checked within 30 days after arriving Canada . Any of you guys experienced like this? My son is 13 yrs old only,,, so now i have to get him right away! thanks!

Sis Wer pretty much on the same timeline. Nag "in process" kami nov 30th. I sent my application April 4,2013. What do u think will be the verdict sa medical nila? Sa husband ko kse dec 15,2012 sya so pa expire nadin.

Sis,I think its the right thing to do by CEM since they prioritized your case. Your son needs to be in Canada with the said time coz Its for your son to maintain his PR status...just look at bright side sis,that u will be with ur son as soon as u expect coz there is a lot of applicants who wants to be with their love one but cant do nothing but to wait

i know i have to changed plan because of the inactive tb,, need him to get tests right away,, im soo worried,, plane ticket right now is sooo expensive!!!! planning to go there before xmas! but is about 3grand!!!maybe after new year.... we will see! thanks!

Hi are u in Toronto? Don't worry too much. You just have to go in a health unit in your area. They will ask him to do an X-ray. You have to do it as soon as he arrived within 30 days. Don't worry too much. And congrats

Now I'm processing my papers na and I'm done na with my upfront medical sa St. Lukes d fort. naguguluhan lang ako sa mga suppprting docs na need ipasa. Are they going to ask pa ba for my COE sa mga previous companies ko?

no need for the COE na sis if your under Spouse Sponsorship Program kc automatic PR kna kc once approved

Certificate of Employment bah? no its not required sa spouse sponsorship application nyo..

Bakit anung nangyayari sa VO na humahawak sa application ko mag 2 weeks na me inprocess today pero Ito dpa matapos ang waiting game ko expired na medical plss cem before sana X'mas man lng DM mo na kmi

Application received by CIC- march 4, 2013
Received in Canadian Embassy Manila- april 9, 2013
Passport request- august 22, 2013
Passport sent- september 20,2013
Ecas in process- Nov. 30, 2013

Anyone on the same boat? Madami ako friends that applied in Feb/March and their husband/wife are all here na Even some May applicants are here na. What's going on??
Plus his medical is expiring soon..

Ganyan dn sakin sis, na expired med ko ng Nov 20, tapos naka lagay sa Eca ko in process Nov. 19 pero nag email sila ng Nov 20 for remed.
