Ako noon nag REmed din ako before i-issue Visa ko,, based sa experienced ko, 1month after the re-medical ako nagka DM. Sa akin naman x-ray lang ang pina-ulit, natakot pa nga ako kasi i was 6months pregnant ng first baby ng Canadian hubby ko pero sabi naman ng dr. ko safe naman kasi may shield na nilagay sa belly ko. So, i think you have to wait at least 1 month after remed to have Visa. In my own experienced lang po. hope it will ease your mind

Its been a long time mga ka forum, as usual may katanungan na naman po ako, medyo nakaka lungkot pero gusto ko lang po makarinig ng opinions from others. My sponsor found a new partner, di na cguro makahintay sa akin, and she might cancel the application, nag maka awa ako sa kanya na ituloy na lang at babayaran ko na lang lahat ng nagastos nya para naman maka start ako ng bagong buhay sa canada after taiwan, tama ba na magmaka awa ako? Sya ang may hawak ng huling alas, paano kung pati bago nyang partner sabihin na icancel na lang application ano kaya gagawin ko. So depressed right now i want to die!

Sis, kahit magmakaawa ka na at ituloy niya ang application, kapag nalaman ng CBSA na hindi na kayo genuine couple, pwede kang ipadeport. Kasi sa bagong rule ng CIC, need niyo maging together for 2 years after mo magland para maging legit ang status mo sa Canada.

Sorry to hear sa nangyari sis, pero if I were you, try mo nalang mag apply as an independent immigrant.
For sure may plan si God bakit nangyari ito

Hi po. Tanong ko lang, Is it safe po na e.book ko na yung flight ni hubby ko kahit wala pang visa? DM po ako Nov. 29 and PPR last Nov.21. Balak ko sana this Dec.21 para makasama naman namin si hubby sa Christmas. First Christmas ni baby na kasama si dadi niya..

Ganyan din ako nun.. Super tempted na ako magbook, kasi kapag DM, sure na parating na ang Visa.
May mga agency where you can book and hold it for 3-6 days, that's what I did

Nung day before na dumating ang Visa ni husband, $585 nlng ang ticket niya, but I did not pay it yet kasi wala pa nga.
Then nung finally andian na, tumaas agad ng $692, but sabi nga nung agent, wag na raw pagsisihan yun kasi by faith naman yan lahat, and it is still smartest to wait for the Visa to make sure. Although it is 90% guaranteed na it will get to you before 2 weeks, we'll never know, expect the unexpected kungbaga

. Really need consent from the father, just let him sign. Thats it, no need for court if he will sign. If he wont sign u better go get full custody.

Yon talaga prob ko kc both of us share the responsibility financially with the same amount, kaya nasama ko na lang xa sa application ko to avoid the hassle pero if there is any way to get out of the mess then maybe i will grab it sooner the better..ya ur right, consult a lawyer is the only option. But i don't know how knowing that im working here?

. Nandito ka na pala sa Canada? Ang hirap naman nyan, bakit di pumayag yung dad ng mga anak mo para naman sa good future nila yun. Better life in Canada kesa sa Pinas, mas lalo lang ksi lumalala sa atin dahil gov't natin mga corrupt. Well, goodluck nlang sa iyo.

got an email from CEM about they have sent the visa package with the tracking # to my address in Canada. I track and trace on dhl website, they sent last dec. 4 and arrived in BC today,, maybe i can get it tomorrow. I dont know if they will deliver or it is for pick up.

thanks for the info sis, will be heading to toronto too ds decmber 8.. i already filled up my B4 form and declared everything too,. how long did it takes for your immigration/customs clearing?

hello po... pag marami ang naka linya medyo matagal po kasi yong iba hindi nag fill up ng b4 form pero pag may b4 form madali lang po.

hi sis...as in lahat ng laman ng luggage ko pati ballpen..hahaha..
better safe than sorry..kasi pag inspection lahat lahat talaga pati laman ng bulsa mo.. ive seen one man na pati laman ng pics ng camera niya hinalughog..kaya pag complete ang b4 form mo at nakita nila na nag take time ka talaga na ideclare lahat, they will be pleased to see it.. Good luck sis...

question po guys,my application is sponsored by my husband who is a canadian citizen, what seminar will i attend? is it PDOS or that guidance and seminar? and one more thing, ill be going to toronto, if going to a US route needs a US visa, what route po ba will i take to countries without visa. can i excempt PAL and cathay.

Sis mga nbabasa ko dito s forum guidance counceling kc hubby mu citizen and pg US border u need a visa.. Kya dont choose ung route nya eh US..kapag ang route mu is hongkong or japan no need for visa..
