I guess sis, ang ibig nilang sabihin sa significantly and personally affected is yung principal applicant mismo and their immediate family. I am not sure how big their scope is when it comes to "typhoon victims" kasi for sure victim ka rin ng typoon "psychologically" kasi very stressful and depressing ang pinagdadaanan mo emotionally. I am pretty sure hindi nila basta basta iprioritize nalang bigla unless you show proof how affected you are, most obvious proof would be the address, alam nila how much damage was caused sa lugar niyo.

This is just my suggestion sis. I hope may iba rin magbigay ng comments nila.

Thank you po sa mga nag reply. Maam Iay maraming salamat po. Very objective ang statement na personally affected. It can mean a lot of things in different context . Regarding sa addresses or documents wala naman pong prob pwede naman pong mag provide. It's almost a week now since nung bagyo pero until now no news sa mga kamag anak. Yung taga cebu lang na contact namin.

Sis wella13 I'll include you in my prayers. Be strong alam ko lahat ng hirap at sakit may kapalit na saya. Mabilis na CEM now next week may PPR na ang June and who knows baka next week Visa na para sayo. God bless you.

Sana nga iconsider nila, di naman ako sa Tacloban, Samar po ako pero signal #4 din kmi at wala daw power for few months, at mahirap din nga magpadala ng pera, sabi mahirap daw pag international galing ang padala kc wala nga power,, till now nakapila pa kapatid ko at nagakakaubusan na rin ng pagkain... Pray ko na iconsider nila anak ko,,, sya lang naman ang kinukuha ko kc di ko sya nakita for more thank 4yrs. ! very sad sa mga nangyari. Sana mag PPR na ako soon.....

Regarding po dun sa requirement na Cenomar or Advisory of Marriages..Nung nagaayos palang kami ni hubby ng papers at nung kukuha na sya ng CENOMAR eh sabi daw sakanya hindi na daw sya bibigyan kasi isang beses lang daw pwede kumuha nito eh ung CENOMAR namin nakakuha at naisubmit n namin nung ngpacivil marriage kami. Wala sya sinubmit n Advisory of Marriages. Would that cause a problem? Parang bigla tuloy ako nagworry:-(

Ung friend ko nagsubmit sila dec 2012 at ngaun hubby nya nandto na sa canada. Cenomar lng sinubmit nila drecho ung appliation nila! Pero ngaun ako hnhingan kme ng aom. Cguro nga mas naghigpit sila ngaun or depende dun sa nagchcheck ng docs ntn :/

Sakin naman sis, nagsubmit kami ng CENOMAR nung inital app, kasi nakalagay sa checklist CENOMAR OR AOM. So meaning one or the other, tsaka ko lang nalaman na may such thing as AOM pala nung andito na ako sa forum.

Nung nag PPR ang husband ko, hindi naman na sila nagrequest, pero nilagay parin nia ung AOM na nirequest niya after na namin nasubmit yung app.
