Good evening guys,

Just want to ask, can my Uncle sponsor me? Even though im already above 18?

I think the senior members can help with this.

I'm not sure, but I don't, not as a family member. According to CIC, a family member is "An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application to CIC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children." (source: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp)

Although if you apply on your own, having a relative in Canada is in your favour. You get points for having family there.

Thanks dude, any members who can help me out? I tried the online assessment exam but I keep on getting Canadian Experience Class, but I can only get that if I was able to work in Canada for a year.

Thanks for the reply and rep points for you!

Congrats sa nga sis ko na may applicants na ngka ppr! Yahoo!!! Sna kami na next!!!!
