Kasi every receipt have different number and I was able to log in before using the receipt number (IMM5401). I hope may copy sya nung receipt nya before he sent it to CEM. Good luck!

subject line of the email, please write “Technical Issue” with a short description of where the issue is happening (for example: “Technical Issue: uploading documents”. The more information they have the faster they can resolve the issue.
Try to include the following in your email: (sponsors information)
•Surname (last name)
•Given name(s)
•Date of birth
•Country of birth
•Unique Client Identifier/Client ID Number, if available
•Application number, if available
•Your current status in Canada and the date of expiration, if applicable
•Complete address. If the residential address is different from the mailing address, please provide both addresses.
•Telephone number(s)
•Type of application (work permit, study permit, visitor record, etc.)
•The date your application was submitted , if applicable
