Kailan yun one month na pwede na ka ulit kumontak sa MP sis?

Sa totoo lang, hindi nila recommended mag remed until sabihin ng CEM. Altho, sa experience ng asawa ko, wala naman tlga sila binibigay na specific form just for you (like may barcode of your file or something). I can even send you the remed form na ginamit ng husband ko, generic naman siya.
But again, ayaw ko naman mag suggest ng mali sis. Ang nakikita ko lang ditto, as long na ma-match nila yung results sa file mo (ilalagay naman yung File # sa form) I believe it will reach CEM.

hey guyz m new here need some views about my case it will b so helpful to me
my brother sponserd to my parents and me as dependent i was 18 year old when case was filed in 2008
we have done with medicals in 6 November 2012 and then when my brother enquire about our case in September 2013 bcoz medical was about to expire on 6 November 2013 so they said your Immigration officer filed extention request on your medical for 3 months and then they sent PPR request on date 31 oct 2013
we havent sent our passports yet just bcoz of delays in fedex courier its still in flight as track showing well we will b able to send like in 4 days i want to ask they said all the Applicant(s) are approved For Permanent Residence and You are required to submit your passport(s), photographs along with a copy of this letter by MAIL within the next THIRTY (30) days from the date of this letter. As the validity of your visa(s) has been already established and is limited to a fixed date, it CANNOT be extended under any circumstances. We therefore urge you to read and follow carefully the instructions below without delay:

is there any chance they can refuse anyone visa ?
how long it will take to give our passports with visa back once they got our passports?

need quick reponse in english please and i will b more thankful if you add something more informative about it

Sounds to me that you're soooo close to done....If the Officer extended all of the meds and requested passports and photos I think that sounds like all is well..did he athey request passports and photos from all that were on the application??
If they've imposed a validity range they'll have the passports back to you well before the deadline...seems to me...

sis bakit April ka nagpamedical ako next month na mga expired huhu

ok lng yan sis,bka inextend nila..and I guess mas maganda yan,ibig sabihin wla n cla kylngan n documents kung wala ka narereceive email sa kanila and visa stamping n lang.ako,pray me n wla me mreceive n email til mgDM ako.

Hindi ka nag iisa sister. Im close to being depressed na. Nakakainis maghintay na wala ka naman magawa. Nakakaiyak nakakafrustrate. Magkakasakit talaga tayo sa stress. Ako nga passport ng asawa ko di pa nirerequest hanggang ngayon.. :'( yung ibang may SA nakakuha na ng ppr. Asawa ko wala pa. :'( hindi ko na alam gagawin ko.
