OK NAMAN SO FAR..NAKIKITA KO NAMAN ANG STATUS NAMIN..YUN LANG NAG-INQUIRE AKO BAKIT ALA PANG VISA ALMOST 4MONTHS NA YUNG PPR NMIN JULY PA. Congrats sa mga nagkakavisa email me cem Nov.5 email back sila kanina that currently Queued for review daw kakaiyak July 12, 2013 pa PPR ko mag expired Medical ko sa Dec.20, 2013 ano nag may case na ganito??

Don't worry sadness, di ka nag iisa. June 20 pa PPR ng husband ko at August naman nag expire na ang medical exam nya...wala pa rin kaming nakukuhang news sa CEM as of today.

Congratulations po sa lahat ng nagkavisa na esp to Vanity08! Am happy for u sis, lapit na kau magkita ng husband mo

Don't worry sadness, di ka nag iisa. June 20 pa PPR ng husband ko at August naman nag expire na ang medical exam nya...wala pa rin kaming nakukuhang news sa CEM as of today.

Grabe super delayed na sila sa pag-update sa app ng husband mo
I really wish dumating na yung remed req nya soon. I'm pretty sure after maforward yung results ng remed, Visa naman agad yun.

hey guyz m new here need some views about my case it will b so helpful to me
my brother sponserd to my parents and me as dependent i was 18 year old when case was filed in 2008
we have done with medicals in 6 November 2012 and then when my brother enquire about our case in September 2013 bcoz medical was about to expire on 6 November 2013 so they said your Immigration officer filed extention request on your medical for 3 months and then they sent PPR request on date 31 oct 2013
we havent sent our passports yet just bcoz of delays in fedex courier its still in flight as track showing well we will b able to send like in 4 days i want to ask they said all the Applicant(s) are approved For Permanent Residence and You are required to submit your passport(s), photographs along with a copy of this letter by MAIL within the next THIRTY (30) days from the date of this letter. As the validity of your visa(s) has been already established and is limited to a fixed date, it CANNOT be extended under any circumstances. We therefore urge you to read and follow carefully the instructions below without delay:

so is this the end of case ?
is there any chance they can refuse anyone visa ?
how long it will take to give our passports with visa back once they got our passports?

need quick reponse in english please and i will b more thankful if you add something more informative about it

Are you going through Manila VO?
The length from PPR to Visa really varies, we can't give you an exact time.
You could check the spreadsheet (link on my signature) to see the time estimation.
Right now, people who had PPR last June are still waiting for their Visas, but some who had PPR in July and August already got theirs.

Are you going through Manila VO?

Balak ko sana tumawag sa MP pero parang wala naman silang magawa aside from giving u the same info that u can get when calling CEM. Di na kami nag order ng GCMS sis.

SAMIN KASI NUNG MAY EMAIL AKO NA FORWARDED NA SA PINAS NAG-EMAIL AKO AGAD IF NEED NA MEDICAL. SABI YES SO AGAD-AGAD NAGPA-MED NA SI MR...MADAMI KASI AKONG FREN NA NAG-ADVISE MAS OK DI SABAY DAHIL NGA PAG INABUTAN YAN NG EXPIRY AT WALA PA GAGASTOS KA NA NMAN SA RE-MED..THEN EMAIL AKO NUNG SEP KUNG BAKIT DI PA BINABALIK PASSPORT..SABI LANG IN PROCESS SO DI NA AKO ULIT NAG-EMAIL SINCE THEN..

wala naman sis siguro red flag...Eto ang e-mail ng MP nung August sa amin, when I told her that the med exam was about to expire:

Thank you for contacting our office with your husband PR file. We have contacted CIC and the officer informed me that the medical and security check has been processed and checked. It is currently in the final stages and awaiting an officer.

Regarding the medical examination, it is up to the processing officer if there is a need to renew it. If that is the case, they will contact.
