september 30 ako dumating dito.. november 2012 applicant ako. almost 9 months bago na process yung papers ko sa CEM hehhe grabe tagal db? ni hi or hello wala ka maririnig sa cem talagang nakaka praning hehehe august 28 2013 ppr ako two weeks lang naibalik na passport ko with visa. at corp kaya super happy that time kc d na inabot ng pagkatagal tagal bago nila maibalik. depende talaga sa taong hahawak ng papers mo. kaya super lucky ako at sa masipag na tao napunta ung papers ko. kylan ka ng ppr sis? 4 sure before xmass nandito nrin kaw.. welcome sa winter hehehhe mamili kana ng pang winter cloths sis. ehhhehe grabe kc mahal dito.. nga pala sis nag study kn b ng french, ehhehe actually bilingual cla dito. french 1st language nila pero marami din english people dito kc. malapit lang tayo sa ottawa ontario.. hehhe dito sa place namin karamihan english hehhe pero plan ko mag school sa language school para kahit papano maka relate sa french.. taga saan ka sis jan sa pinas? can you be my friends sa fb? update mo ko sa status ng ppr mo hehhe para kapag dito kna, mag meet tayo.

if they ask your passport. its mean you have already visa. but we never know when they sent back your passport with visa..

They ask for everyone's passport as part of the process in Manila. You can still be denied.

That doesnt sound good.. so like even when they ask u to pay for the right of permanent resident fee they will still deny you?

The right of permanent residence fee would be refunded if you are denied.

Most people pay it in advance so it doesn't cause delays. If you didn't pay for it up front and they are now asking for it then it sounds like you are on the way to approval.

Thanks for the clarification Dave.. ive been asking around soo many times from everyone because i still cant believe we got the PPR this early.. I was hoping it to be like February or even march.
