hi guys please help, my fiancee from canada and i plan to get spousal visa after we get married here in philippines he read that one of the requirements are joint accounts and combining properties is this true?? if this is true hes so worried because we might have problems regarding on this. help guys.

i beleive its not true..kc kame ni hubby we just get married April 2013, and we dont submit any joint account or any money transfer slip pero he got approved to sponsor.. anf alam ko na requirements ung ganyan eh mga common law partner lang...

i have a good news.. my friend from red deer, got her decision made today..

here it is:

We received your application for permanent residence on February 13, 2013.

We started processing your application on October 25, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

PPR nya is august 5..

Before our app became in-process, tumawag din ang CEM sa wife ko and requested a Japanese police clearance coz she lived in Tokyo for six months. But after a few mins, tumawag sila ulit, telling us it wasnt necessary. Wheew... I hope it didnt have to come to that. Hopefully no more snags from now on.

Wow!!!! i dont know if still get my hongkong police cetficate coz i only stay there for 5 months and 20 days... according to cic guide if 6 months above right??

To those who have already submitted their passports to CEM, which courier company did you use? And how long did the delivery time take? Would appreciate the replies. Thank you!

DHL wwwExpress. Take note on wwwExpress because DHLwwwExpress have a courier collect unlike DHL which don't have.

They delivered it to our house.

I inquired before on Fedex, DHL and LBC and they don't have courier collect.

Just to make sure try asking each delivery services.

i tried LBC before when i had my ppr and sent to embassy they dont call it courier collect but prepaid collect you have to pay the return package valid for 6 months.

Hi sis, I already sent a message to SCOS to give me an access to the spreadsheet. Marami ng progress ang fellow forum members ntn kaya maghahabol tau sa pag uupdate hehe.

Mahaba-habang back reading ito...I'll update you agad pag may access na ako sa spreadsheet.

Now that we have lots of updates in the forum, we need more volunteers who wants to host the spreadsheet. I guess SCOS is not able to do it for us now, esp that he doesn't understand Tagalog that much, plus I believe he is busy.
